All the staff I met was very friendly and nice.
They're very helpful for everything.
The breakfast was also really nice, especially their baguette was just great.
I guess all of the room was newly renovated that it really looks 4 star hotel, thought the location is really far from middle of the downtown Barcelona.
You need to take Renfe for about 25min,and from the nearest station it's about 20min walk, which is fine for me but if you don't like those superb, then you should avoid it.
I'm sure you'd have pleasant stay if you're okay with the distance from the station and stuff.
