This apartment - although compact - is the perfect size and location
for a business traveller, a couple or a single explorer.
The main living area is open-plan and consists of a stylish lounge with
a large flat-screen TV and a kitchen fully equipped with every
appliance needed for a comfortable self-catering stay, including a
dishwasher and washing machine. The living area leads to a furnished
balcony with a built-in braai, making it the ideal place to relax or
entertain with a glass of wine. The bedroom is decorated with warm and
inviting features, a decently sized queen bed, built-in cupboards, and
boasts a glass sliding door for balcony access and ample natural light
during the day and amazing starlit views at night. The single bathroom
is beautifully maintained and features a shower.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at Ballito Hills Palm Tree Unit.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
