「The core issue on this stay was that while I clearly booked Suite 3 specifically on the site, on arrival I was given Room 1 and told that the previous client had extended his stay. This was done without solutions to accommodate my booking nor compensation for the change which was inconvenient for me, given I had opted for Room 3 because of a desk I needed for working. While the room was comfortable, it did inconvenience and I was provided no excuse nor service to apologize.」
