Nothing to complain about
Beautifully hotel with a nice breakfast. I have always been a bit provoked by hotels asking ut to save environment by conserving on towels.On this hotel they seemed more serious having replaced all plastic water bottles by glass jug, and multiple water dispensers in the corridor. Easy checkin and check out and no issues with anything. The best hotel visted on this two week roundtrip in Asia and Australia .

Facilities and rooms are in disrepair. Non-smoking room is filled with tobacco smell. Room is incredibly cold. Travelers also need to be warned of the SPA on 2nd floor - paid for 90 mins but ended after 55 — dishonest practice and low quality materials were used. Face was swollen for one week after that. The only asset is hotel staff.

Great Stay
Hotel is about 20 minutes taxi drive from Sepinggan International Airport. My room got full view of the sea. Hotel is about 10 minutes to the beach and many pubs line the beach. Hotel is also 10 minutes walk to Plaza Balikpapan for shopping. Hotel Lobby is modern and check in a breeze with English speaking staff. Room is big and clean, wifi is fast. There are a lot of varieties in breakfast buffet, with local and western selection.

Good experience.
Initially the room was not very good, the shower did not work and we did not have the sea view requested. But once pointed out it was quickly dealt with and we were moved to a very nice room. The staff were always extremely helpful and wanted to help wherever possible. Overall a very positive experience.

Poor Reservation syatem
I had problem during check In , The hotel provided "Smoking Room" to me , even my Booking confirmation said "Non-Smoking Room" . The hotel said the room is not available !! (actually it's already 5.30 pm.. How come ?) , Finally they changed the room for me after I insisted not to accept Smoking Room ( As I 've got Allergy for smoking smell) , But this check in took me 30 Minutes .

해변이 보이는 뷰가 좋은 호텔
2박을 출장으로 묶으면서 호텔 위치가 좋아 만족했음. Room upgrade를 해주어 넓고 좋은 시설의 방에서 머물 수 있어 좋았습니다. 향후 출장시에도 이용할 생각입니다.

Dirty sheets and little care about cleanliness
Not good at all. Stained sheets on both separate days I stayed. It takes a little bleach to correct these. The toilet flooded leaving faeces everywhere. Took them almost an hour to clean it. The hotel seems not to care about cleanliness and presentation. The basics should be right. It is a reminder to the managers and Accor group to get their hotel in order. If not they should charge less because the public are not as stupid as they think.

출장으로 잡은 호텔인데, 가격대비 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 최신 호텔이 아니라 좀 낡았지만 괜찮은 수준의 호텔 시설이었고, 직원들도 친절했습니다. 가까운 거리에 여행사이트에서 1위한 음식점도 있고, 10분 정도 걸어가면 가장 유명한 몰도 가까웠습니다. 저렴한 가격에 비해 훌륭한 호텔입니다.

Good business hotel
I have stayed here many times. It is the best higher quality hotel for the price in Balikpapan and there are many good restaurants and street food options within walking distance. Breakfast and booze are overpriced, but they make a good latte.
