素敵な時間となりました
今回の旅行では、他のホテルに宿泊する友人との共同の旅でしたが、フレキシブルにニーズに答えていただけ最高の旅の思い出を作る事ができました。 施設は緑が多く静かなヴィラで、全く周囲を気にする事なくゆっくりくつろぐ事ができました。 部屋も広く、部屋の中でゆっくりできる為の物が揃っています。 移動の面では、空港の送迎に限らず、ヌサドゥア近辺に無料送迎をしていただけてスムーズに動くことができました。 食事面もモーニング、ディナー共に非常に美味しく、満足感のある内容でした。 どのシーンにおいても働く方々の高いホスピタリティに感動をし続け、また必ず再訪をしたいと強く思う宿泊となりました。

やっぱりご飯が美味しい〜2年半待った甲斐があー💕💕💕
本当にここカユマニスに来る事を待ち望んでました。2年半振りに戻ってきて、日本人スタッフ水野さんはじめspaのゆゆんちゃん、ルームキーピングの皆さんが本当に元気にお世話していただき至れりつくせりの対応で本当に嬉しかったです。コロナ後ファーストトリップをカユマニスにして本当に良かったです。施設もメンテナンスされていてお食事も本当に美味しくてそして初めてカユマニスに泊まったビラになって懐かしかったです。 あと心配事のPCRの検査ですが、、。日本に帰る時のみになってますが、ここカユマニスから5分のBIMCの病院でPCRもできすぐ終わって凄く楽ちんでした。一応日本円で2500円ぐらいです。これも全て水野さんが手配していただき私達の滞在を快適にして頂き本当にありがとうございました。ここカユマニスはやっぱりご飯が美味しい〜です〜

部屋に外の風を入れようと、扉型の窓を開けておきたかったのですが、扉を止めておく方法がなくて、風で閉まってしまい、結局閉め切ってエアコンをかけて過ごしました。扉を止めておく方法を何か取り入れていただけると良いかなと思いました。

カユマニスでの滞在は最高にゆっくり癒しの時間でした。ゴールデンウィーク中とは思えない程にプライベートビラでのんびりできました。日本人スタッフの水野さんはじめ、皆さんの行き届いたおもてなしがとても嬉しく、またゆっくりしに来たいなと思うHotelでした。あと、お食事がいたれりつくせりなのもそして何より美味しいのも魅力です。あとサンライズと朝食も最高のサービスでした。

ハネムーンで利用しました。何から何まで丁寧な対応で感激しました。日本語でも対応してくださって非常に安心して過ごす事が出来ました。そして、朝食がとても美味しくインドネシア料理が大変好きになりました。また、ヴィラ内はとても閑静でプライバシーが守られゆっくり健やかに過ごすことが出来ました。プライベートプールも広くとても満足でした。大人同士ゆっくり旅行を楽しみたい方や、バリでヴィラを探している方達に自信をもって紹介したいです。また、是非利用したいです。

たった1泊しか出来ず残念ですが、とても素晴らしいリゾートでした。2ベッドルー厶のクプに泊まりました。事前のリクエストを直美さんが全て聞いて下さり、リゾートでやりたい事は全て叶えられました。高齢の母も喜んでいました。部屋のプールもかなり広く、適温なので、夜遅くまで楽しめます。次回はもっとゆっくり、出来れば他のカユマニスリゾートにも宿泊したいです。

今回リピートで、家族5人で泊まった.。事前にメールを入れておいたので空港送迎してくれ、家族で到着、出発時間が違ったが送迎してくれた。送迎の範囲があるが、フロントにお願いすると可能なら送迎してもらえた。 24時間いつでも無料の朝食(メニューは部屋にあり、電話で注文)、滞在中一回限り30分のマッサージサービス、毎日一回のアフタヌーンティー、冷蔵庫内の飲み物無料、部屋にあるお菓子食べ放題、等サービスが充実している。 毎日リスも遊びに来てくれるし、リゾートを思う存分楽しめるビラだと思う。 またバリ島に家族で滞在する時はリピートしたい。

一人でもたいくつしません！
地域内送迎、24時間OKの朝ごはん、ボリュームあるアフタヌーンティー、サンライズブレックファーストなど、いろいろなサービスてんこ盛りです。雨季なのでどうしても蚊はいますが、そんなに痒くないです。宿の虫除けスプレー、いい香りでした。

決してゴージャスではありませんが、総部屋数も少なく返って落ち着けると思いました。それよりも、素晴らしかったのはスタッフの笑顔やおもてなしの心でした。とりわけ、日本人スタッフのMさんには、出発前かいろいろとアドバイスを頂き、久し振りのバリ島訪問で多少不安もあったのですが、完全に吹き飛び、極めて心地よい5日間になりました。 再訪したいと思います。

贅沢すぎるヴィラとホスピタリティに溢れたスタッフ
新婚旅行で利用しました。 チェックインより早く到着してしまったのですが、スタッフの方々がとても親切で荷物を預かりウェルカムドリンクを先に出してくれ、近くのバリコレクションまで送迎してくれました。 アフタヌーンティーやルームサービスのご飯はとてもおいしく、景色も最高で本当に贅沢な時間を過ごさせていただきました。 日本人のスタッフの方もいらっしゃったので細かなこともお願いでき、とても頼もしかったです。 we are so touched and impressed by hospitality of all staffs. we enjoyed a perfect view and delicious meals including afternoon tea. i highly recommend this villa to everyone who wants to have a great experience in Bali.

That was a VACATION!
Very much comfortable stayed, villa have a private, good size of swimming pool, clean room, variety of breakfast menu which is 24 hours available, prompt services such as Ice, room services, short trip arrangement. Beach is 3 min distance by bike, Private beach with beach chair plus drink and food available. What u need more than that!

3泊しました。部屋はリビングとベッドルームが分かれているタイプでした。分かれてない方が便利かなと思っていましたが、宿泊してみて分かれているタイプがすごく良いと感じました。 お風呂は外かなと思っていたら室内でした。蚊が苦手なので安心して入れました。1人目がバスタブにお湯を張りシャワーも使うと2人目からお湯が出なくなってしまいました。2日目から少し節約したら2人とも大丈夫でした。 朝食は毎日部屋で食べました。どれもとても美味しかったです。毎日朝食が楽しみでした。夜は毎日ルームサービスをお願いしましたが、これもどれも美味しかったです。 ハイティーも、とくに中段のバリスイーツが美味しかった。 蚊は少しいましたが、とても小さく、そしてあまり刺してきませんでした。初日に1回刺されたくらい。そして痒さも少ない。 リスがたくさん遊びに来ます。毎朝リスにご飯をあげるのが楽しみでした。 ビーチへは少し距離はありますが、自転車ならあっという間でした。一本道なので迷うことはないです。自転車はフロントにいけばいつでもたくさん置いてありました。プライベートビーチは広くはありませんが、バーカウンターもあり、カクテルを飲みながら至福の時間でした。 日本人スタッフの方も居て色々助かりました。 スタッフみなさん笑顔でフレンドリーでとても雰囲気が良かったです。 チェックアウトしてからもラウンジを利用することができ、大きなソファーでゆっくりとした時間を過ごせました。 無料の空港送迎&ヌサドゥア内の送迎を何度か利用させて頂きとても便利でした。 またバリに行くことがあったら帰りたい場所になりました。

とても充実した時間を過ごすことができました！ ヴィラには、一食とアフタヌーンティーがセットで付いており、食事がとても美味しいです！そして、ヌサドゥア、ジンバランエリア内は無料送迎をしてもらえるのでとても助かりました。空港の送迎も、もちろん付いてます！スタッフの方々はとてもフレンドリーで笑顔があふれています！プライベートビーチへのアクセスが少し悪いですが、自転車を無料で借りることができるので特に問題はありません！

初めてのバリ旅行でしたが、ここに宿泊して大正解でした。水回りの老朽化は、少し気にはなりましたが、何よりもゆったりまったり過ごせた事が良かったです。庭にやって来るりすも可愛かったです。

とても快適なホテル
とっても素敵なホテルでした。新婚旅行ということでプライベートプール付のヴィラを選びました。事前にハネムーンだということをメールで伝えておくと、ウエルカムデザートとフラワーバスの準備がしてありました。お部屋も無料でスイートルームにグレードアップしていただいて、すごく快適にすごせました。空港への送迎もお願いすると無料でしていただけ、滞在中は近くへの送迎もしていただけました。ビーチでのサンライズを見ながらのモーニングも素敵でした。また泊まりたいです。
