The front desk attendant (wish I could remember her name, but she works the afternoon shift) made arrangements for all of us to be on the same floor. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the entire staff was friendly and always available to help. 「Stayed here for a funeral. The best part was the roomy comfortable seating areas for guests in lobby. We were able to sit with family and visit in the hotel space. Coffee bar, water station, staff nice. Our room was clean, comfortable and convenient. It’s definitely in a “hotel” row area, this hotel seemed to be one of the nicer ones. Parking good.
