Worst experience
I booked for three days and two nights. As soon as I arrived we noticed broken patio furniture holes in the walls. So I started taking pictures and sending to host so I won’t be held responsible. And when sending pictures I did advise host ac was not working and house was pretty warm when outside was more than 100 degrees. And the response was thanks for letting me know hours later. We’ll long story short while the stay we noticed other bigger issues ! Like a kitchen faucet broken no dividers separating carpet and flooring which I myself step In A staple/nail we had to put a indoor mat to cover so nobody else would get hurt. Overall we couldn’t bare the heat of inside the house so we couldn’t stay the second final night due to unbearable heat. I reached out to host and Vrbo itself multiple time for some type of refund and till today a week after nothing has been resolved and no refund and no response from the host himself . Please save y’all money and don’t book from this host or this app! I hate to do this my fist bad review ever … but hope this helps others not do the same mistake or waste their hard made money on booking this property!

La gente de limpieza entro a bañar antes que nos fuéramos y cuando llegamos también estaban bañando
Muy hermosa la casa excelente ubicación excelente alberca Lo único son los utensilios de la cocina que están muy antiguos y no me respondieron ningún mensaje que envíe y que cuando llegamos había gente bañando en la alberca y no nos habíamos terminado de salir y entró gente de la limpieza a bañar ala alberca y no. NOs habíamos salido de la casa De ahí todo está súper Nosotros dejamos toda basura fuera de la casa

Great family spot - definitely recommend!
The home was as listed and we really enjoyed it. Just a few maintenance issues: pots and pans are still old and in really bad shape (see a previous review) Several light bulbs out, batteries in thermostat out. The windows really need cleaned outside. Plus, there were no pool floats/balls nor was there a hammock. Owner seems new to this and it would be really nice to have a pack & play and highchair for babies. Kinda hard to bring those on the plane. But in fairness - owner did not list those as amenities either. All that said, when I contacted the owner about the batteries and lights he did send them over that day. He and his crew were really nice. He then checked to make sure we had gotten them. I did not notice windows for a couple of days so did not tell him. We put this at the top of our list for rentals if we ever go back to Cali.

We loved your home
We. Loved your home , we are thinking of staying there maybe next year vacation, it was really nice, the weather was not that good but other than that we loved it. Kids lived the pool.

Very nice home and pool.
Loved the place but kitchen cookware needs to be replaced. It would be helpful if there were measuring spoons and measuring cups and baking dishes. There was only one small towel in the kitchen, so more linen would have been helpful. I had to borrow a mixer and items when I wanted to bake a cake. Otherwise, the home was perfect.
