白石嶺 ツアーとアクティビティ

We spent 4 days at the hotel before the traffic season arrives. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable, the condition is not as new as other newly built hotels but it's good in general. The service was friendly and responsive, which made our stay easy and smooth. However, we didn't get any help with the luggage at the checkout and we had to carry everything to walk through the property (it's huge), the front desk was busy checking in groups who booked the villas (yes we stayed at much standard room) and kept us stood there for over 20mins. They could have sit us down while waiting and let us know once they finished. Would appreciate if they can be more considerating for other house guests despite the room rank they stay. Also, be careful with the car service you can book through the concierge. We got charged more by the driver at the end of the trip as we "requested different destinations", but the price setting we were told by the hotel was by daily basis i/o destination related. We didn't want to argue for such small amount so we paid the extras, to be honest we were ready to pay the tips before the driver delivered his speech, glad we didn't tip him.
