This ground-floor apartment with two terraces and a 130 m² south-facing garden includes an entrance hall, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a comfortable 160 cm bed and a wardrobe, a living room with a 140 cm double sofa bed, a television, and an equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, multifunction oven, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, and dishwasher).
