とても清潔な部屋で親切なスタッフ
部屋はとても清潔で、フロントスタッフの対応がとても良かったです！カラカラスパandフリードリヒ浴場へのアクセスも徒歩0〜1分で、滞在期間中はカラカラスパの1時間無料で利用できるパスをもらえます！

サービスが悪い
チェックイン可能な時間が１３時から１７時までと短時間。それより遅れると、ホテルの従業員はいなくなり、別な場所へ行かなければならない。さらに遅れると、別な場所へ行ってもドアがロックされていて、全くチェックインすることができない。 ドイツは頻繁に電車が遅れるので、ほかの安心できるホテルを予約することをおすすめする。このあたりは夜になると完全に暗くなり、寒くて人通りもないため、野宿になると非常に危険である。 翌日ホテルを訪れ、荷物を置いてもらおうと思ったが、手続き方法がわかる従業員がいなく１３時にきてくれといわれてしまった。ドイツで泊まった他のホテルでは、従業員が１３時から１７時までしかいないということはなかったので、他のホテルに泊まることをおすすめする。

温泉、市街地に近く好立地
温泉に入りすぐに部屋に戻りたい場合はとても便利だが、フロントは5時で人が居なくなり、その後にチェックインする場合は近くのレストランに取りに行かなくてはいけません。受付はドイツ語対応でした。朝ごはんは7時半からだが少し前から入れてくれます。駐車場は500mほど離れた立体駐車場の使用を指示されたが、17:30から翌8:30の利用で8.5EURと逆に安く済ませることが出来ました。カラカラ浴場の30分延長チケットをくれるので、利用される方は恩恵を受けられます。

温泉好きには最適なロケーション
カラカラ浴場とフリードリヒス浴場が徒歩で数分の場所にあり温泉好きにはたまらない、ショッピング、散歩するにもとても便利、ゆっくりとくつろげる。ヨーロッパ旅行中のひと休みに最適です。

朝食がおいしい。
ホテルはfriedrichsbadの目の前、caracalla thermeもすぐそばです。宿泊者にはcaracalla thermeの割引が受けられます。室内は冷蔵庫、ドライヤーが備え付けです。なんといっても無料の朝食が素晴らしいです。ハム３種類、チーズ２種類、パン２種類、ゆで卵、カットフルーツ、シリアル、コーヒーはポットでサーブしてくれます。またレセプションの若い女性がとても感じがいいです。

Nice but sparse facility. Room was small. There were no staff members on site. We had to go down the street to check in and get our key. The free breakfast was also down the street at the same restaurant where we got our key. Rather strange arrangement.

Well-situated, unclear rules
The location of the hotel is optimal, right in front of the two main bath complexes in Baden-Baden and right off of the main pedestrian walkway where all the restaurants and shops are situated. Parking is a five-minute walk away and first-come, first-serve (I got the last spot at 1330h). The bedroom has plenty of space and light, but the bathroom is cramped. The service was generally adequate, but the hotel's policy of locking the front door during the afternoon while no one is at the desk is not stated, and can leave patrons abandoned outside and having to wait for assistance. It is not clear patrons need to have their room key on them at all times to be able to access the hotel. The breakfast was good if not greatly varied. Patrons pay for the location; the hotel's rates are much more expensive than those of surrounding establishments.

L'hôtel est très bien situé mais la personne à l'accueil n'était pas aimable. Frigo bruyant dans la chambre et salle de bain trop petite. La personne à l'accueil n'a pas daigné nous donner les informations pour bénéficier de la réduction pour le parking.

Great locatiom in the middle of all atractions, Roman Bath you can almost touch from the balcony, museum Faberze around the coner, etc. Parking on a side. Great breakfast

Tag waren leider die Brötchen trocken) Contra: - Personal/Rezeption konnte keine Empfehlung zum Parken geben etc. - sehr hellhöriges Zimmer (man kann die Nachbarn sprechen hören) - seeeeehr kleines Bad (kaum Platz zum Haare kämmen) - kleines Zimmer In Summe ist Preis-Leistung in Ordnung.

Comfortable hotel in old town
A somewhat dated but nevertheless clean hotel inside the old town within walking distance of the Christmas market. Car parking at a business parking was offered at 10Eu for the night...and the receptionist showed me the way personally. I really appreciated that. Breakfast was adequate... usual continental breakfast, with freshly cut fruit.

This hotel is located in so convenient place where you can get to friedrichsbad in 1min. Perfectly clean with great scent in room, and I liked this simple but very good valued breakfast. I wanna stay here again.

Dörren var låst. Innan kl 17 fanns ett nummer som man kunde ringa för att bli insläppt, Därefter hänvisades till en gatuadress dock fanns ingen karta eller information var denna adress låg. Hotellet låg på en återvändsgränd enda möjligheten att ta sig därifrån var att backa. Ingen P möjlighet fanns inte ens någonstans man kunde stanna utan att blockera gränden. Jag var tvungen att ta in på ett annat hotell. Hur ni kan uppge att receptionen har begränsad öppettid när den inte alls är öppen och definitivt inte efter kl 17.

Nice place to stay. Good price for very central location. Clean. Comfortable bed. Probably best to ask for a room not on the street as early morning street noise ?trash collection. Very good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Petit hôtel bien pratique pour aller aux Thermes. En revanche la réception est un peu compliquée sitôt qu’on arrive après 17h. La chambre est confortable et bien disposée mais en revanche ne bénéficie pas de climatisation. La salle de bain en revanche mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. L’accueil lorsqu’il a lieu est sympathique et de bon conseil pour visiter la ville

Hotel is right in the city centre which is a plus. However reception closes at 5.00 pm and after that you need to find a restaurant which they also run down the street in order to check in. Room was very small with no air conditioning. It is only a 3 star hotel but felt more like a hostel. Certainly not good for loan female travelers as there is no staff on site after reception closes.

Supertrevlig service! Fick äta lite frukost efter frukosttiden var slut och fick även lämna bagaget kvar på hotellet efter utcheckning då vi ville bada innan vi begav oss.

Hotel Bischoff
The hotel is literally across the street from the Friedrichsbad. The bathroom was very small, but we were going to the baths anyway and didn't need a large shower. The breakfast room was bright and sunny with lots of nice choices from the breakfast buffet included in the hotel price. The front desk is not staffed overnight, but there is a phone with a direct line to the receptionist at another hotel very close by.

O hotel é muito confortável, limpo e bem localizado. O café da manhã é muito saboroso e variado. Único defeito é o fato de a recepção não funcionar 24 horas por dia e você precisar andar cerca de 300 metros para fazer o check in num restaurante parceiro.

Gut für Menschen mit eingeschränktem Gehör
Das Hotel ist nett und komfortabel ABER sehr laut auf Grund der Umgebung, gegenüber Bahnhof UND um 3 Uhr nachts begannen direkt vor meinem Zimmer im Innenhof 2 Monteure die Röhre der Entlüftung abzusaugen, Wasser einen Höllenlärm machte. ALso, unbedingt 2 Paar Ohropax mit bringen.
