"Overall a great stay, but service was inconsistent. We chose the Sheraton due to the bigger kid-friendly pool as well as the proximity to the mall. Mall access was fantastically easy, and can probably only be beat by the neighboring hotel. There is a side entrance that allows you to go out the rear of the hotel property facing the mall and it's just a 100' walk or so. The room was a good size, in good condition, and clean. The basement bathroom/changing area for the pool was immaculate. The pool was a little older and had a loose rail, but overall was in decent shape. We usually felt like we had the place to ourselves. Breakfast was solid, with plenty of options both Indian and western. Room service is pretty fast. We only used it once, but we got our food in about half an hour, which is much faster than other 5 stay hotels I've stayed at (Leela, Trident). Staff was great and was very accommodating about arriving early or checking out late."
