Po dotarciu do hotelu okazało się, że zarezerwowane przez nas pokoje jednoosobowe są niedostępne i musimy spać razem. Hotel przeprosił i obniżył standardową cenę pokoju dwuosobowego. Woda pod prysznicem lodowata.

Bei eintreffen dauert es 5 Minuten bis jemand kommt zwecks Schlüssel. Soweit so gut. Beim verlassen des Hotels lässt man den Schlüssel im Zimmer und macht die Tür zu. Diese schnappt ein und Rückweg ins Zimmer ist nicht mehr möglich. Haustüre wie auch alle weiteren Türen sind alle verschlossen. Somit wieder der Armen Frau morgens um 06:15 anrufen um aufsperren zu lassen......

Rien à voir avec ce que j'ai reservé.

Ma première vraie déception depuis que je réserve sur HOTELS.COM. Tout d'abord ils ne parlent qu'Allemand, ensuite on me demande de payer une seconde fois. Après 45 mins de négociations et un appel de HOTELS.com on m'accorde le droit d'avoir la clé de la chambre en m'indiquant que s'ils ne reçoivent pas le paiement je devrais payer quand même. On ne me fait pas dormir dans l'hôtel que j'ai réservé mais dans celui à deux rues de là (AM PARK). Pas de wifi, avec une terrasse où se trouvent des meubles cassés, aucun rapport avec les photos de l'autre hôtel. C'est vieux, il fait très chaud dans la chambre, en guise d'articles de toilette un sachet de 10cl de savon. La dame me dit que le restaurant est fermé à cause des congés (normal période estivale on ferme le restaurant?). Le lendemain personne n'a pris la peine de se lever pour préparer le petit déjeuner. Le même jour ils n'ont pas plus pris la peine de nettoyer la chambre. Le troisième jour lors du départ, personne dans l'hôtel pour restituer la chambre, j'ai sonner pour avoir la personne de garde pas de réponse, pas plus quand j'ai appelé au numéro. j'ai plus de 50 réservations pro derrière moi et suis assez concilient habituellement mais cet hôtel est une honte.
