When I arrived I wondered why the window in the room was left open. By mid-night when back to hotel again i learned he reason. The room was far too hot for anyone to sleep unless the window is continuously open. Fortunately room windows was towards a very quiet street. On the breakfast, after partially sleepless night, I was happy to find a really wonderful slection on healthy food. Then as I had been already been enjoying my breakfast the restaurant staff colleague approached me to ask my room number. I was very much surprised of this and gave first a wrong room number. Hotel guests around watched me like staying ’hmmm… a thief’ who came to restaurant to get a free meal. Oh dear I felt humiliated. Nobody else was asked their room number. Why only me? Yes, perhaps I did not look old enough as I am only 55 plus, and as basically all others 75 plus. And i was looking very tired since after 4 hard work mission days, and tehn had been driving all the way from South-France (over 900km) to get well deserved rest in this lovely small city. Obviously i looks like a thief but i wasnt. The restaurant staff colleague communicated very kindly. Yes, later on i understand better their purpose. I did not didnt look a typical client. A lonely hungry and tired man. Yes, i was. In a wrong place.

We arrived no one helps whit our Luggage I am Handicap no Help when arriving and leaving. Wen were left there wont to charge us another 1080 Euro I told them to check again we paid in advance. Break fest terrible every day the same poor quality. We do not recommend this Hotel; we will not use again.

Leider hatten wir im Bad in der Dusche an mehreren Stellen schwarzen Schimmel. Das darf bei den Zimmerpreisen nicht passieren. Das Personal an der Rezeption war bei jedem Besuch egal ob Check-in oder Check-out weder freundlich noch zuvorkommend. Eher kleinlich trotz 24h Parkticket was nur 23h frei geschaltet wurde, darf man nachzahlen wenn man ein paar Minuten drüber ist - aber immer noch unter den 24h - alles unterm Strich kleinlich und nicht passend für die Preise. Hotelseitige Unannehmlichkeiten werden einfach nicht angesprochen. Zimmerservice möchte schon eine Stunde früher das Zimmer reinigen und man hat noch nicht ausgecheckt… …hier wäre mal dringend Schulungsbedarf wie man mit Gästen umgehen sollte, passend zur Preiskategorie, die vom Hotel aufgerufen wird.

Ich hatte eine Übernachtung, man kann fußläufig die Umgebung erkunden. Das Personal was sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Ein Mitarbeiter für das ganze Haus. Kein Service beim Gepäck. Superiorzimmer (Zi.219) völlig abgewohnt. Badezimmer mit Miniablage. Seifenspender neben Waschbecken. Inhalt am Boden. Alter Heizstrahler. Restaurant steht nicht zur Verfügung.(Wasserschaden). Keine anderen Gäste vor Ort. Hotelmanagerin hatte meine Reklamation mitbekommen. War dann aber nicht mehr erreichbar. Nachträgliches Telefonat sinnlos. Ich wäre ein Lügner, das würde alles nicht stimmen. Ich empfehle dieses Haus nicht weiter!

Leider hat für ein 4 Sterne Hotel mit einem relativ hohen Preis im Zimmer etwas an der Ausstattung gemangelt. Normalerweise findet man Toilettenartikel oder Bademäntel in seinem Zimmer bei dieser Hotelklasse. War etwas schade. Ansonsten ein nettes Hotel
