Total avslapning i rolige omgivelser

Dette er et fint spahotell med kort vei til sentrum i Bad Hofgastein og til turstier i nærliggende åser og fjell. Hotellet har et lite basseng, boblebad, sauna, dampbad mm. Vi var der i fire netter, og hadde bassenget nesten for oss selv hele tiden. Meget stille og rolig sted, god service og deilige drinker i baren. Jeg kan anbefale Gin Fizz :) Vi hadde ikke fullpensjon, men frokostbuffeten var god. Hotell Astoria anbefales absolutt dersom man ønsker et rolig og fint hotell med spamulighet og nærhet til turområder.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Wellness ist groß genug, gepflegt und gut eingerichtet. Das Essen ist sehr lecker.

Alles in Allem ein TOP Hotel :)

Zimmer mit Balkon :), Frühstück :), Abendessen - Buffet :), Personal :), Spa Bereich :), die Nähe zum Gast - sehr familiär :), keine Essensverschwendung - alles was vom Frühstück übrig bleibt wird als Jause in Buffetform (ohne Aufpreis!) an den Mann gebracht :))), Transfer zum Bahnhof (ohne Aufpreis!) wurde vom Hotel organisiert :), Bettwäsche zwar sauber aber nicht ganz rein :/, der Kopfpolster hatte keine ausreichende Fülle - auf Anfrage gab es dann einen zweiten - trotz diesem war das Schlafen etwas unbequem :/

Schönes Hotel im Dorf

Das Frühstück ist ein Traum, das Personal sehr lieb und das Hotel strahlt! Das große Problem war der Whirlpool, der unsere Bikinis ausgebleicht hat, Haare aufgehellt und uns in den Atemwegen gebrennt hat... Sonst war aber alles super!

Die sauberkeit sollte bei einem 4 sterne hotel sehr hoch liegen. Lieblosigkeit bei buffet und nachmittagsjause.

Teppich im ganzen Hotel, im zimmer teilweise mit flecken, kopfpolster ist viel zu klein, personal allgemein nicht herzlich bzw freundlich

Kein 4 Stern Hotel

Das Zimmer hat nicht den Bildern und Beschreibungen im Internet und im Prospekt entsprochen. Auch ist das Hotel ziemlich abgewohnt - verdient maximal 2 - 3 Sterne.

Nicht empfehlenswert

Das uns zuerst zugewiesene Zimmer war noch besetzt. Das neue Zimmer war dann leider eine Enttäuschung. Sehr klein und der Teppichboden verschmutzt. Die Sicht ging nach Rückwärts in den Hof was es auch sehr dunkel machte. Einzig der Bereich um das Hallenbad war in Ordnung, wenn auch der Liegebreich für den Andrang am Nachmittag zu klein war. An den drei Tagen die wir dort waren, wurde uns immer ein anderer Frühstückstisch zugewiesen.

チロルの雰囲気を楽しみながらゆったり滞在

ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーで、食事も美味しく快適に過ごせました。山側の部屋からは素晴らしい山の景色が楽しめ、７階にあるプールは素晴らしい眺望である上に広々としておりファミリーで楽しめます。夏場はハイキング客が中心で、冬のスキーシーズンに比べるとキッツビュールの町自体も余り混雑はなくゆったりと楽しめました。
