Helt greit hotell med halvpensjon. Prøvde ikke spa avdelingen da vi prioriterte afterski. Litt langt å gå til skiheisen men skibussen hentet oss utenfor hotellet.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in eiern Abrißgegend, daneben Ruinen. Ein separates Haus (Residenz) ist über einen längeren Weg von dem Hotel erreichbar. Dort gibt es keine weiteren Einrichtungen. Die Wellnesseinrichtungen sind massiv in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt keinen Reinigungsservice im Schwimmbad als auch im Zimmer.

Die Sauberkeit und Lage waren leider die einzigen positiven Eindrücke. Die Einrichtung ist schon sehr alt, die Betten bretthart und die Decken leider viel zu warm für das viel zu Warm beheizte Hotel.

Personalet er flinke nok og hjælpsomme, især ham med hestehalen. Det er bare ikke nok. Hotellet er meget gammeldags og kedeligt indrettet, sengene er dårlige, maden er elendig, fitnessrummet er dårligt, der er ingen terrasse at sætte sig ud på i godt vejr, ej heller altaner på værelserne. Det er dog hyggeligt med vandfaldet lige uden for døren, men det er kun de mest heldige i restauranten, der kan nyde udsigten til vandfaldet. Pladserne skifter ikke løbende. Der stod bjergudsigt i beskrivelsen, vi kiggede lige ind i muren på kirken på modsatte side eller op ad en bakke

Charmerende hotel med god service

Vi havde et dejligt ophold op Sanotel. Værelserne var af ældre dato, men meget store og rummelige. Rengøring var god. Halvpension var god. Wellness m. sauna og tyrkisk bad var godt, men boblebadet og poolen var ikke så varmt. Hotellet ligger ca. 15 min. gang fra centrum, og når man går fra hotellet til centrum er det meget stejlt. Jeg ville helt sikkert bo der igen.

Vi hade en lägenhet som var OK i storlek men sliten. Daglig städning var bara tömma soptunnor, inget mer även om det stod på bokning. Vi hade inte förbokat frukost och när vi kom fram var det full. Det var dock lätt at fixa själv i lägenheten. Personal i restaurangen var supertrevligt, i receptionen var det blandat. Skulle inte åka tillbaka...

Sanotel Bad Gastein

Alt i alt en nogenlunde fornuftig positiv oplevelse. 1/2 pension som buffet både morgen og aften med salatbar flere kødretter samt vegansk. Vi fik værelser på 4 sal (elevator :-)) med udsigt og altan direkte til det maleriske vandfald. Fine store værelser i gedign østrisk stil. Fin rengøring og høfligt personale. Eneste anke var at der stort set ikke var noget vandtryk i bruseren / badekar. Lidt slidt reception og manglende bar og opholdsområde til efter ski hygge. Ved check out aftenen før afrejse, måtte jeg betale for hele opholdet (ca. 3000 Euro) selvom jeg insisterede på at de allerede havde trukket over 10.000 Dkr., mere end 1 måned tidligere. Chefen var skråsikker og ville have fuld betaling. Så betalte i første omgang. Efterfølgende samme aften lykkedes det mig at logge på den lidt sløje wifi og gennemgå min bank. Jeg medbragte min pc så hun/chefen kunne se deres egne oplysninger i min bank og den betaling der havde fundet sted. Hun fandt hårdt presset en betaling frem 5 uger tidligere og måtte refundere mig penge med det samme. jeg kan simpelt hen ikke forstå hvordan det kan forekomme når man booker gennem Hotels.com. Sløjt sløjt.

Her var det litt å ta tak i. Hotellet ligger bra til. Men er det et hotel eller er det leiligheter som leies ut. Det var noe vi lurte på. Årsaken til at vi lurte på det var at det sto i vår booking om at det var daglig renhold. Noe som ikke stemte, da vi hadde en leilighet/ residens som de så fint kalte det. Vi skulle være der i 1 uke. Etter nesten at hele uka hadde gått. Så hadde vi ikke fått noen nye hånduker og rommet var ikke rengjort. Noe vi tok opp med resepsjon. Og de sa at det ikke var daglig renhold og at vi ikke hadde daglig renhold. Noe som ettertrykkelig står på vår reservasjon. Vi burde ha kommet ned i resepsjonen og spurt etter håndduker fikk vi beskjed om. Når vi da spurte om de kunne bytte håndklær så skulle de gjøre det. Noe de selvsagt ikke gjorde. Vi orket ikke på nytt å gå å klage i resepsjonen. Men brukte de gamle håndklærne. Vi spurte også om man kunne regulere varmen på rommet på grunn av at det var veldig varmt der. Men da fikk vi beskjed om å sette opp vinduene. De sto oppe hele uken på grunn av at man ikke kunne regulere den. Bruker normalt ikke å klage slik, men her var det skikkelig dårlig. Vi lå ikke i selve bygningen men i en bygning rett opp i en bakke over en vei. Ca 20 meter fra selve bygget. Wifi fungerte ikke.

Väldigt stort och rent hotell dock var det nästan alltid sura miner i receptionen. All annan personal var mycket trevlig.

Dejligt sted, vi kommer tilbage.

Meget fint og stor lejlighed. Bus stop foran hotel,og efter 5 stop var vi på ski pisten i Bad Gastein. Det var meget nemt da vi har haft også vores 2 børn med. View fra vores lejlighed.

Fint hotell med bra läge

Rymliga rum för en Familj på fem personer. Fantastisk utsikt och trevlig personal. Fräscha badrum. Spa avdelningen var fin och perfekt för att återhämta sig efter dagar med vandring.

Unprofesisonell

Heizung ließ sich nicht regulieren. Im ersten Zimmer war es ca. 35 Grad und der Labello meiner Tochter ist im Bad geschmolzen. Daraufhin haben wir das Zimmer gewechselt, das nächste Zimmer war allerdings eiskalt und wir mussten nahe der Heizung sitzen, um nicht zu frieren. Am nächsten Tag standen plötzlich andere Gäste in unserem Zimmer, da die Rezeption das Zimmer doppelt vergeben hatten. Als Krönung wurde dann die Rechnungsbetrag zweimal belastet, einmal über ein Buchungportal, dann noch einmal im Hotel, da das Personal keinen Überblick hatte. Alle Mitarbeiter, obwohl freundlich, machten einen heillos überforderten eindruck.
