About this property

Bright vacation apartment, family-friendly, in a quiet location, close to the beach, 4 persons

  • The house is located in a quiet side street, which is only used by 2 residents. Actually, it is a bike trail that leads past the property. From here you can cycle tours (bike rental in 5 minutes) through the Lindenallee along the Molli route to Bad Doberan or Kühlungsborn be undertaken. The beach is within walking distance in about 8 minutes through the forest.

    The house was completed in spring 2010 and is thus completely refurbished.

    The rooms are kept in a simple timeless style. Due to the half-timbered construction and the skylights many windows were installed, so that the apartment is very bright.

    The kitchen is a modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, convection oven and dishwasher. Coffee maker, kettle and toaster are also available.

    The bedrooms are each furnished for two persons. There is one bedroom with a double bed, the other with two single beds.

    The bathroom is functional modern, bright and equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

Urlaub an der Ostsee bei schönem Wetter

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Im Garten haben wir Liegen vermisst und ein wenig mehr Pflege. Wohnung ist sehr schön und zweckmäßig.

Schöne Unterkunft mit ausreichend Platz. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt für ein paar Tage. Die Nähe zum Strand ist super und die lage trotzdem schön ruhig. Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden und ausreichend groß. Der Garten ist klein aber fein und lädt zum verweilen ein. Es fehlt leider ein Föhn und Flaschenöffner, sowie Kuchengabeln. Die Oberlichter im Schlafzimmer sind toll, hedoch wäre es scjln diese noch besser verdunkeln zu können. Besonders hilfreich war jedoch die Spülmaschine. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Heiligendamm!

Eine schöne Wohnung mit schönem Garten. Mit dem Auto haben wir viel schöne Ausflüge machen können! Tipp für die, die dieses Jahr anreisen: Mückenspray mit bringen!

Wohnung einfach aber ok.

Der Aufenthalt war durch schlechtes Wetter getrübt. Viel Regen.Gastronomie vor Ort war gut und preiswert. Bummeln durch Läden war klasse. Spazieren am Strand war prima und erholsam. Sylvesterfeuerwerk war sehr gut.

Wunderschön

Wir fanden eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Mit allem was man braucht. Im tollen eingezäunten Garten konnten unsere Kinder super spielen. In Heiligendamm haben wir vieles zu Fuß erledigt. So waren wir durch den Wald sehr schnell am Molli Bahnhof oder am Strand. Die Eisdiele am Strand hat sehr leckeres Eis. Heiligendamm und der Strand sind von Touristen nicht überlaufen. Für unsere Kinder und uns perfekt.

ruhige und doch zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Heiligendamm, die für 4 Personen alles bietet. Die Wohnung ist an das Haus der Besitzer angebaut, was uns aber in keiner Weise eingeschränkt hat. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt in einem verkehrsberuhigten Bereich mit direktem Zugang zu einem schönen Fahrradweg. Einen eigenen, breiten Parkplatz hatten wir auch und die Fahrräder könnten wir ebenso unterstellen. Uns hat es sehr gut in Heiligendamm gefallen!

FeWo im Grünen

Sehr behagliche FeWo mit Blick in den liebevoll gestalteten Garten und ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Die Küchenzeile ist gut sortiert und mit allem Notwendigen versehen. Die Lage ist optimal für Radtouren, Strandgänge und den Zugang zur Molli-Bahn/ Bus und trotzdem sehr ruhig, also ideal zum Entspannen und Erholen. Die Vermieter waren zeitweise vor Ort und sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank nochmal an beide Schwestern!! Nach 2 sehr schönen Wochen hätten wir es dort auch noch länger "ausgehalten".

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Garten

Schöne geräumige Unterkunft mit Blick ins Grüne, alles wichtige für einen Urlaub am Meer ist vorhanden. Toller großer Garten mit Trampolin für die Kleinen, nette Vermieter, das Meer ist fußläufig auch mit Kleinkindern durch den Wald gut erreichbar. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen 😊

Osterferien in Heiligendamm

Wir haben unseren Urlaub an der Ostsee sehr genossen. Von der Ferienwohnung erreicht man gut zu Fuß den Strand. Mit den Fahrrädern haben wir Auflüge auf dem Ostseeküstenradweg unternommen. Unsere 9 jährige Tochter war begeistert von der "Mollybahn" . Neben unseren Outdooraktivitäten haben wir uns auch gerne in der Ferienwohnung und dem dazugehörenden Garten aufgehalten.

Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Gartenhaus

Wir haben hier 5 wunderbare Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles Notwendige ist in der Küche und als Ausstattung vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Es war toll, den Garten nutzen zu können mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten.

Schöne Wohnung für kürzere Aufenthalte

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und der Garten mit Trampolin herrlich. Zu Bedenken ist das Doppelbett mit 1,40 m Breite (nicht jeder weiß gleich was Kingsize bedeutet). Für unseren Aufenthalt von 3 Wochen war die Wohnung mittelmäßig geeignet. Da keine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung steht, hatten wir dementsprechend viele Klamotten mit, die in den 2 Kommoden knapp Platz fanden. Die Möglichkeit Sachen aufzuhängen wäre schön. Es gab leider keine Bügel. Es ist eine Ferienwohnung kein Ferienhaus, das geht aus der Anzeige nicht hervor. Ein Zimmer ist innen liegend, hat also keine Fenster direkt nach draußen. Insekten Gitter an den Fenster bzw. an einigen wäre insbesondere für den Sommer eine sinnvolle Erweiterung. Im Gebäude befindet sich auch eine Ferienwohnung des/der Eigentümer, so dass man also nicht unbedingt allein und abgeschieden ist.

Schöne Auszeit!

Die FeWo liegt in einem Garten. Es gibt ein Haupthaus, wirklich ruhig gelegen, was uns wichtig war. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, geräumig und funktional, vor allem auch angenehm hell. Den Garten nutzt man nicht unbedingt allein. Die Gastgeber*innen sind SEHR NETT und hilfsbereit. Etwas mehr Küchenausstattung wäre in der Tat super, aber wir kamen insgesamt zurecht. Man sollte wissen, dass das eine Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten in die Whg integriert ist, d.h. es gibt a) keine richtige Verdunkelung und b) keine direkte Frischluftzufuhr für dieses Zimmer. Ansonsten ist die FeWo für eine kleine Familie wirklich gut geeignet. Wir (2 Erwachsene u. 1 Baby) haben die drei Tage in Heiligendamm SEHR genossen.

Ferienhaus?

Das Objekt wurde als Ferienhaus angeboten, es ist aber eine Einliegerwohnung. Diese ist aber sehr gemütlich und bietet alles was man braucht. Lage ist super und sehr ruhig. Ein kurzer schöner Weg zum Strand und zur Mollibahn. Ich persönlich würde die Gartenstühle und die Matratze im Eltern Schlafzimmer austauschen.

Gerne wieder

Gemütlich, unkompliziert und in 10 Minuten am Meer. Trampolin für Kinder und nette Gastgeber. Etwas mehr Küchenausstattung und Verdunkelung der Zimmer, sowie ein oder zwei bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten für draußen würden es rund machen.

Helle, ruhige Ferienwohnung

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, im Wesentlichen sind alle Sachen da. Penibel sollte man mit der Sauberkeit nicht sein. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben bei Anfragen sofort reagiert. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt überwiegend.

Verlängertes Wochenende an der Ostsee

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern für 3 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung. Wir waren die meiste Zeit draußen und haben die Gegend erkundet. Es war alles vor Ort, was wir benötigt haben, nur der Toilettendeckel war defekt und müsste ausgetauscht werden. Viele Grüße aus Berlin

Hat uns sehr gefallen große wochnung sowie garten. Einzige minus KEINE MIKROWELLE MIT BABY NAHRUNG HATTEN WIR PROBLEME GECHABT UM WARM ZUMACHEN. SONST WÜRDE ICH JEDEN EMPFEHLEN UND WIR KOMMEN WIEDER.
