「It would have been perfect if parking is included in the rate. The description regarding walkable areas should be updated ie SM is not a 5 minute walk. It is a 5-10 Minutes DRIVE depending on traffic. 」

「This is a very secure and central location in Clark. All of the guards were very helpful and polite. The property contact admin is very nice and a pleasure to work with. The condo itself is a little older but it’s been updated and painted patient Queen. My overall experience was very good」
