The problem was that we went to the address given on the confirmation but nobody was there to talk to. Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. "The staff was wonderful. I cannot remember the name of the one woman working the front desk but she was so welcoming to our 2 year old (Finn) and each morning of our stay he was excited to go down and talk to her. Made the stay that much better!

"We really enjoyed our stay. This is a very convenient hotel located both near the train station and the downtown area overlooking the water. Check in was very easy as everything was very well organized. The room was very spacious and clean and the bathroom was completely renovated. The rest of the room is a bit dated but nevertheless well kept. Beds were very comfortable and diner at the restaurant was impecable. "

The hotel offers you rest and relaxation while you’re close enough to explore cork city if you drive there are no parking meters just beautiful clean roadsides. The hotel grounds are as emasculate as the hotel, spa and gymnasium are also available,relaxing sofas everywhere intimate and private at the same time. Definitely recommend to anyone who knows about the Radisson hotels to get a totally brilliant experience ,highly professional customer service by all staff. 💯 great holiday!"
