With parking for two vehicles and a designated office space, convenience meets productivity. We also have board games, a Ms. Pac-Man smaller video game, a workout room in the garage, and bikes to take out for a ride.

The large living area with a fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Rest peacefully in three private bedrooms, ensuring a great night's sleep.

Wonderful!!!
My mom and I traveled to Babson Park to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. She’s a student at Webber. Anyway, the place is 10x better than the pictures. It’s super comfortable, super nice, super roomy, and the screened in porch is amazing! We will be back for sure! Hopefully for spring break!!!

Great place and host
We booked this last minute and not sure what to expect, and we were blown away. The lake which is walking distance was awesome. When we arrived it was an easy check in process. House was clean and laid out great. There were 4 of us and had plenty room. The owner Jason stopped by and introduced himself. Very nice guy and gave me some cool info about the lakes in the area. Will definitely be booking this one again.

Grandkids Visit
Brian was really good to work with and Jason, who lives downstairs, was very personable and did not interfere with us at all. We saw him watering the lawn and engaged him in conversation...otherwise we would not have known he was there. The apartment is airy and very light with all the windows. Very comfortable and a great place to relax and chill. Weather did not cooperate, but we could have launched our kayak into the lake at the bottom of the private drive. We will be back.

Host thought of everything
Brian was extremely patient with us during the booking process as we had to take a few extra steps to get approval from our office. This was for a work trip in the area and it was great to come back to a beautiful condo with extremely comfortable beds after working outside beach day. We had coworkers meeting at the house in the early morning and Brian noticed that and left the driveway to us, which was extremely thoughtful. The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensil or cooking pan we might have needed. The fridge was large enough to fit ample food for the week. We enjoyed the stay and thank the host for their hospitality.
