"The Hotels. Com site said there was a 24 hour shuttle. When we got to the airport at 11pm, I just called the hotel when we got to Baggage claim and they told me where to go outside, told me the color of the van and how long it would take for them to get there. It worked out perfectly. Our room was brand new, lovely, with great pillows. The breakfast was a nice change from the usual, with flour and corn tortillas, a southwest condiment bar and carnitas alongside the regular breakfast fair. It was wonderful"

"The property is in a good location. Staff was rude and i accommodating. I paid for King and was placed in a double and ignored at time of initial check in. The pool was dirty and closed for maintenance. The toilet paper was worst than sandpaper. I am still uncomfortable after use. AND I WAS OVERCHARGED BY 200.00!"
