Northern New Mexico Home Perfectly Located!

  • Home is located in a great neighborhood, just 30 minutes from Durango, Colorado, 20 minutes from Navajo Lake State Park & 15 minutes from Farmington. Home is kid and pet friendly. Boat parking and washing are available on the North side of the home. The backyard is fenced with a covered patio. New Mexico has some of the most beautiful sunsets. Enjoy relaxing on the patio as you watch the sunset for the day.
    The neighborhood is also kid and pet friendly. The neighborhood is great for walking or jogging with the elevation change in the neighborhood. Tiger Park is located just behind the neighborhood to the east. It has a stocked pond, dog park and frisbee golf course.
    The Aztec Ruins are 5 minutes from the home. The San Juan and La Plata Rivers flow through the area. Quick access to mountain biking and ATV trails. Welcome to New Mexico! Relax and Enjoy.

Lovely home in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Spacious, and the dogs (Wisconsin born and raised) appreciated the grass in the backyard. Incredibly comfortable bed, and one of the best equipped kitchens of any vacation rental we've stayed in over the years. Looking forward to staying again next time we visit family in the area!

Such a wonderful home. Very spacious and we'll laid out. It's really hard to travel with kids, so It was great! Lots of room, lots of seating, big soft beds, storage and big backyard. Very clean, sweet neighbors! Felt incredibly safe, and kids loved the neighborhood decorations for Christmas

The host was very understanding , respectful and accommodating, came to celebrate a birthday with family out of state and enjoyed every minute the house was very clean , beautiful in the inside and very comfy along with tons of extra plus’s ! Ide definitely stay here again .

Wedding weekend in Aztec

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Aztec home…had everything we needed for meals and making ourselves feel at home. Location was perfect and backyard gave our pups a place to play! Plus, close to mountain biking, hiking, ruins, the river and so much more! Would definitely stay here again!

Very Nice

Rented this to visit family in the area my retired mom and myself. We both really liked the place. Quiet, clean, not cluttered. It was peaceful and relaxing. Would love to rent there again.

Pleasant stay. Close to Aztec Motocross Track

Stayed here for our son’s Motorcross race. House was very nice and Karen responded in a timely manner to all of our questions. Would stay again.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Thomas hat uns herzlich begrüßt und zusätzliche Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Abende im Garten unter dem Sternenhimmel waren sehr entspannt. Das Haus sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Danke nochmals!
