Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 30 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom, a sleeping area, a bathroom, and a garden of around 15 m². - A sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a barbecue, a fan, an iron and ironing board, and a portable air-conditioner.

- A swimming pool for adults and a children’s pool (shared, unheated and open from 15 April to October – dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions).
