Booked for twin and got Double bedding SO ON REMOVAL WE NOTICED !!GRUBBY AT HEAD END with YELLOW MATTRESS STAINS Cobwebs hanging over beds !!! Spoke to their helpline straight away whilst apologetic no solution and refused to provide mattress protector or sheets Rest of flat freshly painted, Clean bathroom , nice artwork, next to the docks and handy for what we needed but as two 50 year old ladies a nice sleep was what we were after Im been repeated asked to leave feedback. This is four days after our stay and staff say (10 mins ago) they have reported it to management but havent heard anything back So im writing my review which i feel is fair and balanced and have offered videos and pictures of the bedroom
