Reception was very helpful when delayed luggage showed up. The property is beautiful. Very convenient to shopping/ and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Das Hotel war sehr schön, nur das Wasser im Pool war zu warm. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Taxi von Larnaca nach Aya Napa kostete €70.00.

Överlag mycket nöjda.

Bra hotel, mycket god frukost med det mesta man kan önska sig. Bra gym, sköna sängar, trevligt och fräscht poolområde. Centralt och bra. Tog ca 20-25 min promenad till Nissi Beach (med butiker längs vägen). Hade kunnat önska lite bättre kundservice från hotellet vid in- och utcheckning. Hade beställt rum med VIP access, men dess innebörd i form av fri uppgradering vid tillgänglighet samt 2h senare utcheckning ville de först inte ge oss utan diskussion och kontakt / verifiering med Hotels.com som gjorde att det hela tog onödigt lång tid.

Excellent séjour

Hôtel confortable, proposant de bons services (salle de sport bien équipée, spa, piscine intérieure et extérieure non chauffées). Le petit déjeuner est varié. Situé à Ayia Napa vous pourrez à la fois vous reposer et passer de folles soirées. Les employés savent répondre à vos attentes.

If you're looking for a hotel in Ayia Napa which is situated around restaurants and shops galore & a few mins drive from the harbour - look no further! Napa Plaza is a beautiful all inclusive hotel with a number of restaurants, spa, gym, indoor and outdoor pool - better yet ADULTS ONLY! Receptionists are super friendly, helpful and always willing to help. Special shout to Mamia, she was exceptional - always greeted with a smile and in my opinion, the nicest hotel receptionist I've ever come across in my travels. When I arrived, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and the helpful, yet amusing doorman Andreas (MC) took my bags to my room, which was kindly upgraded due to my gold Expedia status. Huge bed, decent sized bathroom with great views from the balcony (I had the superior room with balcony and pool view). Buffet for breakfast and dinner was delicious, a little repetitive at times but very good. Dinner reservations were to be booked in advanced on a booking system tablet at reception - very techy! Didn't use the gym but saw there was an adequate number of machines and weights. The indoor pool was very cold! Spa was really nice - they had discounted treatments during my stay so took advantage of having a deep tissue massage, which was sensational! Only small complaints would be that there wasn't enough sun loungers and the lunch menu could have had more options but otherwise, my experience at Napa Plaza was throughly enjoyable.

it is in the center so everything is walkable, the beach is just 5 min and there are plenty of restaurants around

Hotel molto scenografico sopratutto di notte con la piscina illuminata c’è annesso un bel bar a bordo piscina e un disco-bar per la sera molto mondano. Note negative internet che va e viene, ascensore senza aria condizionata ( sauna) e poca luce,moquette da eliminare ma questo in tutto il mondo secondo me.Ottima posizione e direi soggiorno piacevole con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Unterkunft perfekte Lage für jugendliche zwecks Party und auch für Pärchen. Sehr viele Restaurants in einem Umkreis von 600 m ca. Kellner Christos sehr freundlich der beste Mann dort.

Sehr freundliches Personal! Die Rezeption war nur nicht immer so ganz organisiert / erreichbar. Das Zimmer war top und die Lage perfekt. Party-Meile & Restaurants waren um die Ecke. Sehr gutes Hotel und wir würden gerne wieder kommen :)

Fantastic hotel with exceptional staff, lovely relaxing stay in the middle of Ayia Napa. Inside the hotel was a chilled relaxing pool/bar area with nice low key music in the background. Ten minutes walk and you have a lovely harbour and beach. Overall great holiday will return

Die Mitarbeiter waren überall sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders die Poolbar hat uns sehr gut gefallen das Personal war sehr Aufmerksam selbst an den Liegen beim Pool wurde man bedient. Würden wir sofot wieder Buchen für die nächsten Ferien, sehr empfehlenswert!
