Globalement, le studio que j'ai occupé nécessite une bonne rénovation. Les moisissures dans la salle de bain étaient repoussantes. Le ménage pourrait nettement être amélioré: des cheveux ne m'appartenant pas sont restés pendant plusieurs jours, les toilettes étaient sommairement nettoyés, la poussière sous les lits... Les murs étaient marqués de partout sans doute par des hôtes peu respectueux. Si le bruit ne vous dérange pas, la localisation est idéale. Le personnel était agréable et accommodant.

Great, affordable hotel apartment near main strip!
During my stay in Ayia Napa, me and a party of 6 others stayed at Kaos Hotel Apartments. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that we were situated right outside of the pool area, however be open to not being around the pool as many of the apartments are further down facing the car park, yet only a 30 second walk away. You are only given ONE key no matter the number in your party which is a down side when there are 3 others in a single room including yourself. We unfortunately lost the key on the last day as we had to detach it from the electricity key in order to allow an ill friend to stay inside whilst the other side went out, but Mr Kaos was kind enough to let us off for this despite stressing that you cannot leave the electricity key inside the room. Very kind service! The apartments are cleaned every day and bed sheets are changed. The pool area is great yet very quiet for what you would think would be busy mid-July! Whilst we didn’t use the kitchenette, there is everything you would ever need utensil wise etc. You can also request an iron from reception upon arrival. Despite the name maybe being confused by English people with a foreign spelling of “Chaos”, they actually said to us they have never had this many young groups of tourists here at once and wondered what was going on! Overall, we all agreed we hit jackpot with our stay here at such reasonable prices and would definitely recommend staying again! Ryan

Thank you for your comments. I remember you well young man- very friendly and polite. The reason we do not give a spare key is that a lot of guests leave the key fob inside the apt., both air conditions on and go to the beach for many hours. This is of course a waste of electricity, apart from the fact that anything could go wrong with electrical appliances. Even if people may get the wrong idea about the name, it was my father's name so I will not change it. In Greek it does not mean the same as in English. I hope you will be back in Kaos in the future. Le seul point négatif est la très grande proximité avec la route: très grand vis-à-vis avec la rue passante et bruit de la route (voitures etc). Seul un petit muret sépare la piscine de la route. De la rue, les passants ont vue sur la piscine... Sinon, propriétaires très gentils et arrangeants.

Kaos hotel Apartments
Hiljattain remontoitu, joten miellyttävän näköinen ja hyväkuntoinen huoneisto omalla keittiöllä ja parvekkeella/terassilla, huoneesta voi kävellä suoraan edessä olevalle uima-altaalle. Sijainti Nissi avenuella on kätevä, mutta toisaalta tie on myös varsin vilkas ja meluisakin. Hintaan nähden todella miellyttävä, ei valittamista. Kumkvatti ja laventeli kasvaa etupihalla. Recently renovated, clean, goodlooking and nice location, close to shops and restaurants. Noisy road. Nissi beach also close.

Всё хорошо, кроме шума. Отель почти на дороге и это довольно мешает, особенно когда кто нибудь очень уж громко проедет на мотоцикле (а это по 100 раз за день). А в остальном всё неплохо!

Lovely new clean hotel! Close to centre
Our stay was amazing! Lovely apartments and pool area. Gary's bar wasn't really good and close food was so nice and cheap! The staff were lovely and really friendly on the last day we left our luggage in reception and they let us use their shower and towels. The cleaners also found my necklace in our room on the last day and returned to us befor we went home. The amount of time we left money and jewellery lying around and the cleaners didn't touch it!

Nice hotel near to everything
Nice hotel near to the beaches ,to the center and to the nightlife places. Lovely and helpful owner with a good stuff. The room was big enough with good wifi and air conditioning. Room service everyday was good too.special thanks for the owner

Very bad hotel! Never again!
We stayed here for 2 weeks, and we are for the 3rd time in Ayia Napa but never saw so worst like here. The rooms are big and is very good situated near to the center and beaches but these are all positives things. The shower and wc has low pressure so that take long time to have a shower. Air condition was very old and worked to beat just in one direction being very loud. For sleeping was hard because was all night extremely loud from outside. We had some big cockroaches in the room and kitchen and spiders coming and even if we had all windows closed all the time and put some special spray for killing them they still came :-(. I dont recommend at all here to stay!

Appartamento molto semplice, adatto a chi vuol risparmiare, ma comunque in buono stato e confortevole. Un po' rumoroso il condizionatore, che comunque funziona a dovere

В целом, все вполне приемлемо.
сентябрь 2015. Отель явно не новый, первый номер, который нам предложили (104) был просто ужасен-стрёмные занавески, драные диваны, бабулькин запах. Поменянный 400 какой-то -не помню-был вполне приемлем. Из плюсов: 1. Бюджетная цена. 2. Отзывчивый хозяин (без звука нам поменял номер, бесплатно одолжил 2-а переходника,а также разрешил без доплаты остаться до 19.30 в номере в день выезда- т.к. у нас был поздний вылет. 3. Расположение - до Нисси за 15 минут добегали. 4. Удобные матрасы и подушки. 5. Газовая плита и духовка, можно быстро приготовить еду. Из минусов: 1.Плохая освещенность номера-вечером, когда нужен искусственный свет,уложиться и накраситься, весьма не просто. 2. Полчища муравьев, везде, еду не оставляйте нигде, иначе будете есть с муравьями. 3.Плохой напор воды- конкретно у нас в номере из душа помыть голову, означало потратить на смывку шампуня пол вечера (особенно девушкам). Благо у нас в раковине хорошо шла вода и раковина была широкая-я лично там приспособилась. 4. Неустойчивый вай-фай, мне хватало, чтобы проверить почту и пообщаться в скайпе раз в день, а вот муж ругался-у него онлайн игра и чат.. Полностью согласна, что на отдыхе нечего такой фигней страдать, но факт, есть факт- вай фай вылетал. 5. Полное отсутствие российских каналов. В целом, все вполне приемлемо. Мы в Айя-напе уже в 4-й раз и конечно привыкли к более лучшим номерам.. Но теперь с этим ЭВРО.. Так что отдыхайте и не зацикливайтесь на мелочах!

Kaos hotel is the best place to spent holiday with friends. Location of hotel is great, 15 minutes to Nissi beach and 7 minutes to the nearest beach. Owners are really helpful! I recommended this hotel!

Очень понравился отель. Бюджетный отдых. Расположение отеля шикарное: посредине главной улицы города.Пешком можно дойти до любых достопримечательностей (улица баров, порт, пляж Нисси, монастырь). В шаговой доступности остановка автобуса, прокат авто, супермаркет, рестораны на выбор и вкус, бесплатный бассейн с баром Робинс. Мы очень довольны.

Nice hotel and location
We had a great holiday and this hotel is very reasonable in price. it's location is pretty good as it is located around several splendid restaurants and about equal distance to party as to nissi beach. The bus stops right outside the hotel which is comfortable when it's really hot and you want to visit nissi beach, as it is the best beach in Napa. However, we did encounter -and killed- a bunch of cockroaches. We only found one in the apartment but most were found in the open-air staircase outside the door. Upon investigation, the cockroaches hideout was guessed to be situated behind a "temporary" tiny wall under the stairs as they always tried to flee in there. The manager was informed and will probably take care of it, because he said that he never figured that they would be living in there. Furthermore, there is only AC in the bedroom so the livingroom and kitchen gets pretty warm. We solved it by dragging the bed sofa into the bedroom but it could be annoying when trying to sit in the living room. What we did get angry with, was that whenever the beds were made, the maid turned off the ac which made the apartment almost as warm as outside in no time and it takes ages for it to cool down. This action was not appreciated at all. I do have to give credit to The managers for being very friendly and helpful.

Номер чистый, удобный. В номере имеется посуда и другие столовые принадлежности, газовая плита, холодильник, есть возможность готовить самому, что очень удобно. Кондиционер имеется, исправлен, холодит отлично. В номере есть ЖК телевизор, показывает в основном иностранные каналы, российских каналов нет. Сан узел отличный, горячая вода есть всегда, хороший напор. В номере много света. Все что имеется в номере исправно работает. Расположение отеля самое наилучшее, расположен на главной улице, в шаговой доступности от кафешек ,баров и ресторанов, а также в 5 минутах ходьбы от ближайшего пляжа Пернера, от пляжа Санди Бэй 10 мин., до Нисси бич 15 мин. Удобная парковка. Автобусная остановка прямо у ресепшена. Отличный отель.
