Dejligt hotel, lækkert poolområde, super venligt personale, god service ved pool’en, men morgenmaden var så’rn liiiidt sløj. Der kan være lidt larm fra omgivelserne, men mest i weekenden. Alt i alt super godt hotel, og et sandt fund til prisen.

This was such a gorgeous hotel! I would love to give 5 stars, holding back 1 just because of pool timings being limited from 10-6pm, especially in a centrally located hotel with such a big nightlife, I would expect the amazing pool to be open more until like 10-11pmish.

Suberb hotel in city centre. Awesome staff.

Very good located hotel with all outside the doorstep. Close to the harbour and the city centre and supermarket opposite the hotel. The hotel is kept VERY clean and staff is very helpful. Nice pool area with a cozy poolbar. Highest recommendations both for couples and families.

Wedding anniversary week well spent!

The staff were friendly and helpful, from the front office, restaurant crew and the housekeeping. Very rich breakfast buffet, beautiful and comfortable room with amazing balcony and bathroom. Highly recommended.

The only reason I did not give this hotel 10/10 for comfort is because the beds were very hard/firm which I find uncomfortable. But this hotel was amazing and unbelievably clean and close to everything, water, restaurants and bars!!

Faros Hotel is one of the best hotels in Ayia Napa, very close to everything especially that 2 bus stations are located in front of the Hotel. Food is perfect and customers service is outstanding. I will surely book Faros Hotel every time I visit Ayia Napa. Thanks for the amazing service.

unfortunately the hotel is in the heart of city so its popular among young tourists that they are noisy. 2 times i asked from reception to deal with the next door room because there was a lot of noise with music and many guests. The reception solved my problem but i was really upset. Its such a nice hotel and they have to find a way to stop this and to be sure that it will be overall a quiet hotel

Fantastisk personal, speciellt den kvinnliga hovmästaren. Helt okej mat, lite dålig variation. Bra all inclusive sortiment. Det negativa var ingen påfyllande av vatten på rummet vid städning som skedde varje dag. Inga strykmöjligheter på rummet. En varm rekommendation är att åka taxi till Nissi Beach (10min) som kostar 8-10 euro. Helheten av hotellet 8/10

Amazing friendly, courteous and professional staff. From their security guard, cleaners, bar staff to the receptionists. Food was fantastic. Location was close to the beach COVID-19 policies were thorough. Yana (receptionist) was simply the best. Secretly arranged a champagne for my birthday that was not part of the payment. Good value for money

Amazing stay!

Just returned from a fabulous week at the Faros, gutted I didn’t get to stay longer. The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful, a total credit to the hotel. Garden room was huge and spotlessly clean, lovely to walk out directly to the pool every day. Didn't have a plug for the bathtub - not sure if I was meant to ask for one? - but the water was only tepid at best, and I like a cold shower, so all was good for me. Great choice at breakfast, everything fresh and a huge variety. A la carte menu for lunch also a great selection and all beautifully prepared. Was on a breakfast only basis so can't comment on the buffet options for the HB/AI options. Loved the outside bar - Andy is an absolute star! Special shout out to Christy too who brought beer to my sunbed every day, can't fault that sort of service :) Can't imagine staying anywhere else - loved it!

Disappointing

First I want to say, the lady in the reception was very nice and really tried to help. But, we received a room with a smell of painting, then they wanted to show us another room but we saw it was not clean so they showed us the 3rd room and there was a problem we rig the electricity... so we moved to other room and the bed was hard like a stone .. we waited so much for this vacation and so far it’s more like a nightmare
