Excellent Villa

A large, spacious and comfortably furnished villa located in a nice quiet rural area just an hours drive from Paphos airport and up the coast from Polis. Exceptionally clean and very well equipped with good sized grounds and a huge swimming pool. A car is essential, there are plenty of shopping facilities and restaurants within an easy drive from the house. My family loved staying there. My whole experience of dealing with the attentive managing agents Eos Villas and also the property owner Mr. Andres has been entirely positive, it's been an absolute pleasure dealing with them. Their customer service been first rate. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa, I sincerely hope that there will be a time when we can return and we will definitely be back in touch with Eos Villas if we do!

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία σε ήσυχη περιοχή ότι πρέπει για διακοπές οικογενειακές τα παιδιά το απόλαυσαν στο έπακρον!!Θα πήγαινα ξανά οπωσδήποτε!!! (EN: Excellent!!! It is a very big house with all the amenities, clean with beautiful and comfortable rooms, large swimming pool and large garden. Another great time at this Villa.

Another great time at this Villa and things were the same as before. Only suggestion for Andreas is maybe fit new black out blinds/curtains for downstairs bedrooms otherwise all fine. We'll see how the year goes and realise that everything is getting more expensive, so not sure now when we will be back in Cyprus. Rest assured that when we do decide to return, you and your company will be looked at because we know that you can be trusted and always offer an excellent service especially on the communication side. Thanks very much and looking forward to doing business with you in the future

Very large, spacious villa. Quiet around, private bathrooms in each room, several balconies. The pool is from 70 cm to 1.6 m. Excellent price / quality ratio. Very easy check-in, key collection above the code at the door.

Lovely Place

Villa is excellent value for money - everything is there for your needs. A car is essential as the location is very remote with the nearest beach around a 20 minute walk away along a country lane and an uphill walk back. The furniture is looking a little tired but sufficient for needs. Despite our itinerary stating a cleaner would come in once a week we never saw one in the 10 days we were there but this could be covid related.The pool is fantastic.All in all would highly recommend

Great family holiday location. Super pool area perfect for small kids.

The property is a large 4 bed villa all with ensuite. Good position. Nice views and huge pool. Near by beaches. Great locally based owner always happy to help. Despite not being a problem to us the property is a little tired in places. Nothing that some care and attention wouldn't put right. The bathrooms and some facilities need some attention but this is being over critical. Some people have overly high expectations and they may be a little disappointed. But we were realistic and the property represented great value for money and we had a great holiday.

Fantastic pool !

We had a great two weeks at the villa, inside everything you need for a self catering holiday, all bedrooms are en-suite including one that has a big walk in shower for people with restricted mobility (myself) which was a god send as I have struggled with small bathrooms in a lot of other villas I have stayed in. Also a seperate downstairs toilet which was handy. The best thing about this villa is without doubt the very large pool, we have stayed in a lot of villas around the area and this is by far the biggest, cool and clean. The views from the pool area were lovely and the sunsets amazing. The owner was very nice bringing us a couple of treats during the stay, and was on hand to sort out a problem we had with one of the bathrooms.I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a nice relaxing holiday, you will need a car but this was not a problem for us.

All in all a great holiday experience.

Lovely Villa. Situation in a quiet spot but with lovely views over the sea and the surrounding countryside from its hillside position. The villa is well equipped and has good standards of furniture throughout eg comfortable beds. The bathroom and kitchen are to a good standard. The villa was clean. The villa offers a really peaceful and relaxing holiday retreat. The pool is huge, and the outside offers a BBQ, pool and table tennis table, with good quality tables, chairs and sun loungers and umbrellas. There are plenty of shaded areas, but good south facing pool area means it gets the sun all day. Andreas the owner is a lovely man, not intrusive at all, just very friendly and helpful. Agent EOS travel were very helpful and professional with the booking and supporting throughout the process from start to finish. All in all a great holiday experience.

Just the best of breaks, fab accommodation, loads of scorchio, sea and fine food!

This is a really fab villa with loads of room for six people. It was very well equipped and very comfortable. there was excellent communication with the owner who one night provided a zorb ball for us to zorb in the pool. The pool is a fab size, bigger than the house. The BBQ area is fully equipped and excellent. It has air conditioning which is required in July and excellent amenities, a real fabulous find! The location is rural, so a car is essential. However within short drive you can reach loads of fabulous beaches, nice towns for shopping, bars and good eating out. i love this pat of Cyprus as it is not too crowded and it is fabulous for the relaxing holiday.
