The responsible was a quite good by making sure we were satisfied. AC wasn’t functioning properly !. Specially in our suite !. You are in a 5 star hotel with 3 star service. Examples include having to approach staff for beverage service and dining room not being properly set up (e.g. napkin missing, utensils not provided) and having to request items."
