Honestly outstanding!

This Chalet was a wonderful surprise! Everything about it was great. The room was clean and stocked with very usable kitchen cooking and eating supplies. I liked the apartment feel. My ground floor room was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean. They do offer sheets and towels for rent which makes sense and helps keep the price per night down. The room was also stocked with items to keep the room clean. The instructions were easy to follow regarding check-in and check-out and what is expected. There is a cost for the WiFi and several tiers are available depending on your needs. At fist, I was put off by all the "extras", but when you look at the cost per night, it is still a remarkable deal. The manager, Pierre, was very friendly and I had the opportunity to have a nice conversation with him. The area is quiet, there are a lot of grocery stores close by. I am eager to visit again with my wife.

Pay for premium hotel prices, however you dont get premium hotel price service. Bring your own laundry, cleaning supplies and linens. Its like staying in a very expensive hostel. Staff are friendly, but the price isn't worth the room. And you hope the people that stayed before you clean it to an industry standard. Room lacked comfortable seating, something you should expect when staying for a week(?).

Séjour d'une semaine - Appartement sympa (une chambre + Cabine) - Parking OK - Batiment avec valorisation du bois - Casier à Ski (à côté de l'appartement) - Lumineux malgré le fait que le bâtiment est relativement encaissé (on était au deuxième) WIFI payant (20 € pour 7 jours) mais de qualité Résidence bien localisée pour aller dans différents lieux du secteur (stations d'Ascou,Porté-Puymorens, As-3-Domaines,Andorre, visiter grottes, ...)

Appartement très sale, à la limite de l’acceptable. On a dû nettoyer avant d’installer nos affaires. Les ressorts du canapé lit dans lequel nous dormions étaient tellement détériorés et bruyants que le fait de bouger la nuit nous réveillait.

ll y a eu une mauvaise communication quant à l'heure de départ,qui est un peu trop juste (10h). l'appartement est propre et bien chauffé,mais tres sonore.La literie est à revoir et les ustensiles et vaisselle plutot minimalistes.

Résidence très moyenne

Sincèrement cette résidence aurait besoin d'une rénovation totale. Un lit de 160 dans cette grande chambre serait également très appréciable. La salle de bain avec son carrelage au sol qui fait sale et le robinet de la baignoire mal fixé, la paroie de douche qui ne descend pas suffisamment.... La piscine est vieillissante également. Pas d'harmonie des transats, ça fait pauvre et la piscine également à rénover car dangereuse pour les enfants. L'endroit est sympa, dommage !
