"We had a great stay. This is the second time we booked the Gresham and we were not disappointed. Staff, accommodation ,food were all excellent. The location is great too with Luas Tram ourside the front door. The only minor issue was the corridor the room was on, tended to be a little noisey with people returing/ leaving their rooms. Perhaps a sign up reminding residents to be respectful of other guests sleeping wouldnt go a miss."

"I stayed one night in a small but perfectly formed Single Bedroom. It was cosy and the en-suite bathroom was modern. It was great to have a kettle and coffee/tea in the bedroom. The lounge area was comfortable also. The guest house is in a good location between Botanic Gardens and Dorset Street. Thanks. "
