Beautiful location however communication is poor
The property is a 5 unit strata property which isn’t made known. We were in unit 4 shown with a back porch and yard to the beach. The catch is any other guest can sit on the back porch right outside your back door or play in the backyard and there is nothing you can do about it. While there we had a couple turn up and went off because they were in unit 2 and thought they had a beach front unit. They were so upset and couldn’t believe how misleading the ad is and left to find other accommodation. We were lucky and had a great weekend. They should be more transparent about the property especially when they are asking so much money per night. My only suggestion is read the fine print as I obviously missed it.

Absolute perfection.
You can not beat this unit for location. A few metres to sand! Quiet, peaceful, beautiful furnishings. And one of the best showers I’ve had in a rental. Looking forward to booking our next trip!

Great little spot
Arranged a last minute surprise weekend away for mothers day - the place is right on the beach - absolutely perfect. Wake up to the sun rising over the ocean - watch the waves all day. Mesmerising.

Great position
The unit is right on the beach. So nice to sit on the couch and watch the waves. It is small but comfortable, with a very effective air conditioning system so we weren’t cold on a very cold weekend. The kitchen has all the necessary things to cook meals, and several nice restaurants are within walking distance. A call to the managing agents gave us late check out, much appreciated. Parking is onsite, but tricky, so we ended up parking on the street outside.

living the beachside dream
Fantastic place to escape for the weekend and enjoy watching the surf. Really well set up for a family getaway and kids can play straight out front on the beach. Property super clean with everything you need for your stay. Easy walking distance to cafes and shops in Avoca Beach and you can enjoy a fun weekend without having to hop in the car and go anywhere. Highly recommend and would stay at this property again

Wonderful location
We had a lovely holiday. Cant beat the location and the view was magical. The couch/sofa could do with a clean as we put a blanket we brought over the top. We will be back.

Lovely house
The house was lovely located right in front of the beach. Great for sunrise/sunset, the view was spectacular. The only things I thought would be great if it was changed were the old looking sofa and the creaking and rusty oven. We will definately recommend this house for anyone who love the beach ambience and very close to cafes & shops

End of year getaway
With a three girls embarking on their Christmas break, this property provided the perfect getaway. Right on the beach with shops, restaurants and cafes an easy walk away, this was a great place to chill out. Air conditioning kept us cool and it was wonderful to see the ocean from the living room.
