Jean-luv and Valarie are the most charming hosts. They were very helpful and provided a lovely breakfast with a smile every morning. This hotel is quaint but trick to find, Google maps will be your friend. We would very much recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area, it is beautiful, quiet, and has the best bath tub I have ever the the pleasure to soak in❤️.

Outstanding. Staff/owners were so amazing to deal with. You can tell they take great pride and put a lot of care in their operation. Centrally located close to everything. Room was exactly as pictured, AC worked very well. Great experience.

This was a true gem! Valerie and Jean Luc did everything to make our stay incredible. The beds and linens were very soft. The area is very quiet and relaxing. They were gracious with making early breakfast (which was delicious! pastry, breads, cheese, eggs, fruit, yogurt, coffee). When I liked the cheese, they helped us make a picnic for the train when we departed. The location is very close to everything but tucked away in a charming street.They also recommended a driver that could pick us up from the train station and drive us to our activities. Take them up on that for sure! Mohammed was a god send. All in all, 3 perfect nights in Avignon and I wish we could come back more frequently!

Beautiful and cozy with great staff

Amazing hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpfull, and the room was exactly what we wanted: cozy, comportable and cute. The breakfast we had in the beautiful little garden each morning was fantastic. An overall great experience and we would highly recommend N15 to anyone who asks.

In addition to the property being clean, fresh and complete with all the amenities needed, including a wading pool for the hot summer afternoons, the hosts made us feel completely taken care of. From the greeting to the farewell, Valerie and Jean-Luc were so generous of spirit, taking pride in their establishment and service. We were fortunate to have found availability and spend a couple of nights which included the first night of summer.

Jean Luc is a great host. Between my bad French and his pigeon English we just about got by, but with a lot of grace and good humour. The property is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the stunning Palais de Pape in the old walled city. Try and book ahead and nab the downstairs courtyard room. That puts you in pole position for the little pool and breakfast area and saves you having to lug heavy suitcases up two flights of steps. There’s a carrefour store and a Boulangerie just around the corner and the use of a big fridge plus tea and coffee making facilities by the downstairs lounge.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to actually stay at this property. We could not drive to the property and were unable to find suitable nearby parking. The hostess seemed very nice and suggested a parking area that was nearby but we couldn't access it. If you are driving, be sure to inquire as to how and where you can access parking prior to booking. I am sure the rooms and service is very nice here but we did not experience it do to the parking accessibility. We ended up at another hotel for our two day stay in Lyon. Lovely city.

Ottima struttura nel cuore del centro storico di Avignone, situato in un palazzo antico perfettamente ristrutturato in stile provenzale, camere spaziose per la media francese, arredate con gusto. Pulizia ottima, molto gentile e disponibile la proprietaria seppur non conosca la lingua italiana. Colazione abbondante e genuina servita nella veranda o nel piccolo ma molto caratteristico giardino interno a bordo piscina. Lo consiglio se si vuole visitare Avignone e la provenza. Consiglio il parcheggio a pagamento circa 15/20 euro al giorno denominato des halles sopra il mercato alimentare coperto, davvero a due passi dalla struttura. (5 minuti a piedi)
