Bit of discomfort
I booked this hotel based on review but didn’t have any information regarding no elevator in this place. She was very sweet to offer me help to bring up and down the stairs to 3rd floor room. But I felt very dangerous to do this being in old spiral staircase with slippery steps. Also due to the train schedule, I needed to leave the baggage at the hotel after 11:00 check out, but she had to leave the hotel and told me I had to put my baggage at her friend’s restaurant near by her. All of these are understanding but if I havé known this, I wouldn’t of booked this hotel for my trips. I wish things were more clear and I should of been informed about departure date’s situation in advance.

Mrs Whe Do,I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay in our guest house .Our house was built in 18th century and unfortunately we are not allowed to have a lift . But fortunately for our guests , the steps are absolutely not slippery . The check-out is at 11:00 am . Usually , I keep the luggage until the departure of our guests but as I told you this morning I have to leave because my son had a serious car accident and he is at the hospital in Paris . So I would like to thank you for your review and above all for your understanding…

Rosalie the owner was super nice and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. The place was very clean, beautifully kept, and had a fantastic view of the Palais des Papes. It truly was a lovely experience.

This place was advertised as a hotel, but it was in fact a B&B, with a very nasty owner, so bad that I decided to leave before checking in.

Quaint boutique - really enjoyed it!
We had a lovely stay at Le Limas! The surrounding area is very quiet and charming. Everything you want to see is a short walk away. Our room was really cute, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the daily breakfast - simple but hit the spot. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

This was a charming B&B in the heart of the old city of Avignon. It is located on a quiet tree-lined street just a few minutes walk to all of the main sites in Avignon. The rooms are spacious (except center by US standards) and equipped with modern amenities. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace is delicious and the host is gracious and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Rosalie was a wonderful hostess, going out of her way to help us deal with travel delays. Our room was very comfortable. We loved the beamed ceiling, and our room was blessedly quiet.

Fantastic Experience
The experience was fantastic! Rosalie was great! I had great wifi for a work call I had to do - could even take the call on the terrace, overlooking Avignon! Rosalie and Eric gave me great recommendations for dinner spots that worked with my food allergies and she went above and beyond for creating an amazing breakfast for me that worked with my dietary restrictions. The welcome was so warm and kind. Rosalie was super responsive to anything I needed. Was a nice, calm place to stay and a great home base for my trip in Avignon. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Would definitely stay in this room again.
Great location, very comfortable bed, and a very gracious host. Rosalie made a great suggestion for dinner and even went out of her way to help us locate baggage that KLM had lost.

Private property from an artist on famous Limas St
Best location with the best room we had during our journey around France. The best option is to get here first, park your car in the main parking nearby, before strolling down the medieval city. The owner is the former employee of Air France, extremely nice and professional. She goes beyond to make your stay completely enjoyable. We’ll definitely come back in the future.

we have been in Provence for over a week now and stayed in different towns and hotels. this guest house is hands down the best. Shout out to Rosalie who has been an amazing host. the location is a few minutes away from Palace Du Pape. Breakfast was super fresh and delicious. the room was huge with a lot of light. the attention to detail is just stunning everything you need is in the bathroom and room. it’s extremely clean. and Rosalie is there to help i don’t know should anyone choose a different place to stay while in Avignon. i loved loved my stay

What a wonderful surprise to find this new B&B. The location was ideal, we were always running into the center of Avignon. Our room was large, beautifully furnished and very clean. The street view was tree lined with a cafe across the street. The owners were so welcoming and helpful. When we return to Avignon this would be the only place to stay.

Ok stay
Make sure you let them know what time you are arriving as there is nobody on hand to for check in. There isn’t an elevator so baggage is a problem if one can’t carry it up a few flights of stairs. There isn’t any TV or radio possibly because you can hear everything in the building. Parking is troublesome. WIFI is strong. Breakfast is good. Room is essential but comfortable.
