Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), this beautiful, bright 90 m² apartment overlooking Place de l'Horloge and the Opéra-Théâtre comprises :
- a charming, bright living room with comfortable sofa bed,
- two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- one bedroom with two single beds,
- one bathroom with shower,
- one bathroom with bathtub,
- separate WC,
- well-equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer),
- vacuum cleaner, air conditioning,
- TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player and stereo system.

Finally, a secure parking space in the building's underground parking lot is at your disposal! The entrance to the parking lot is at rue Racine, opposite the restaurant La Fourchette (not at 4 rue Molière).
Please note: vans cannot access the parking lot (70s building with small spaces and limited height not allowing roof boxes).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION :
- Access by car to the intramuros is impossible after 11 a.m. (access bollards - ring and specify that you are a traveler with a rental car).
- During the Festival d'Avignon, access is totally forbidden from 12pm onwards (parking is possible on the free Ile Piot, a 10-minute walk away, or at the Palais des Papes parking lot, where a charge is made).
- Exit from the inner city remains free at all times.

Right in the centre of Avignon, in the must-see area of the city's intramuros, 2 minutes from the Palais des Papes and close to all the must-see tourist spots, shops and theatres, this flat will allow you to visit the city in the blink of an eye. Enjoy the best addresses and attractions of Avignon on foot. Your car stays in the basement car park and it is free! Leave the Place de l'Horloge on your way out and at the corner of the street on the right, you have a choice of restaurants with excellent provencal cuisine. Don't forget the municipal museums which are worth a visit and are free!
