Cute little property just a small ways away from the main strip. Didn’t realize it had air conditioning although I’m sure it’s listed, but that was definitely an added bonus. I thought it being a shared property might make it, but it was actually very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here

The apartment is a short walk to Avalon center, with plenty of room for three adults and two active children. The kitchen was admirably set up. The view from the deck is wonderful, especially at night with city lights and a full moon!

Very convenient location with a great view! Accommodations are adequate but not overly comfortable. Sleeps 7 not 8 as futon couch has room for one. Some bedding and pillows need replacing. Washer and dryer were a huge bonus!

Nice walk to town and restaurants. Clean and comfortable beds. View from deck was nice. Our only complaint is the the water never got hot enough. Lukewarm showers were a bit unpleasant. Other than that we highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our time visiting for a wedding at Descanso, the location was perfect and was an easy 5 minute walk to Descanso and less than 2 minute walk into town! Would absolutely book again.

Nice and quiet, beautiful views. A little bit of a walk up the hill behind the Island spa. The interior of the home was beautifully renovated recently and slept 8 of us comfortably. The balcony was gorgeous at night. We’d love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Family of 4 (2 teenagers) and worked out perfectly. Location was great with awesome views. Property was really nice and clean. Upgraded nicely too. Loved the kitchen/family area - enough space for everyone with beautiful views of Avalon and a deck to enjoy. Even the beds were soft and comfy. Management very helpfull as well. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the stay!!

The home was fantastic. The deck is great to hang out and watch the sunset. Everything is fast walking distance. We loved this place. One small suggestion would be to add more beach towels for guests .

We had a lovely stay at this amazing house. The beds were soft and comfy. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to BBQ one night which was great! We will be back for sure!

Very nice house, great location! Kitchen could have used a few more mixing bowls and a casserole dish. Also, window was cracked in the living room and door locks were a little difficult. Great walkable neighborhood and fantastic view from balcony. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property. Location was perfect with awesome views. Property has nice modern kitchen, loved that it was hardwood floors, modern bathrooms. Loved the kitchen/family area - enough space for everyone with beautiful view of Avalon and a deck to enjoy.
