The ocean view is completely unobstructed and absolutely breathtaking. Watch as cruise ships weigh anchor and the parasailers take flight! | | Both bedrooms and the living room are adorned with hardwood walls, there is coin-operated laundry on site, 40 inch HD smart TV with Roku, DIRECTTV NOW and wifi. Grill some burgers on the stainless steel barbecue. Relax on the couch in the living room as you look out the large windows at the gorgeous view of the harbor. This home is perfect for people who want to see the town without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Quiet, gorgeous, and out of the way, this island home is waiting for you! Great place!

This was such a wonderful house! Close to downtown, the view is stunning !!! The golf cart was a must! Full kitchen and plenty of space! I am so glad you chose this house over a hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome getaway

Our stay here was delightful. Communication was really good with the property manager. The home is very nice. The fact it included the golf cart was just a bonus. Our family really enjoyed this home.

Good Location

Good location, close to the main street so easy to walk and the golf cart made it even easier. Would have been helpful to have more instructions for the golf cart and where to find extra items in the house. Sofa was dirty and sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable so should perhaps be listed as only two beds. Two bathrooms were useful to have as well.

The views were wonderful! Beds were comfortable, but the pull out couch and, most of the furniture really, is old and very uncomfortable. Having a golf cart available to use was so much fun, but the home is within walking distance to everything as well. Besides the uncomfortable furniture the place was not very clean. Lots of dust, hair in bathrooms, dishes and utensils were grimy and needed to be washed before using.

We were very pleased with our stay. The view of the harbor was amazing. Very accessible to the to shopping and dining in Avalon. The golf cart that comes with the unit had issues...gas fumes and lights did not work. The owners were responsive and gave us the use of another golf that belonged to their other in it that was not being used.was not very safe. Gas fumes and l

Peaceful, Stunning view. Needs a deep clean.

A wonderful, cozy and charming little place that it a bit out dated (windows from the 50's that won't close....no central heating) but the view was wonderful. Management company does a great job of the "basic" cleaning and set up...but the property needs a refresh or deep clean. We went to pull out the sofa as an additional bed and there was several years of food crumbs, etc in it...gross! With some fresh covers and a bit of TLC, it can be brought up to contemporary standards. It would seem to be worth the investment as this property is in a great location.

Beautiful views and clean and well stocked. Would definitely go back again but plan my arrival time a little better to coincide with chrck-in. Due to our arrival on the island we could not access the property till check-in time and then I still had to call to get the access code info text to me. Otherwise, it was MARVELOUS! Thank you for your hospitality.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was perfect for our three night vacation. The view was amazing and in walking distance of most places. But having the golf cart available at any time was huge.
