  • Charming studio cottage just a short walk to downtown historic Georgetown! Perfect for solo travelers or couples seeking a peaceful getaway, our cottage provides a comfortable and private space for you to relax and unwind. This is the spot if you're traveling on a budget!



    Please note that this is a small separate home at the back of a property that is shared with a larger home that may have other guests. The large deck and seating area is shared between both properties. Occasionally, the owner may need to go to the backyard to water the plants. Parking is on the street as the driveway is reserved for the larger home.

    Living Room: Features a comfortable pull-out queen sofa with cozy linens. Smart T.V, and Desk / Dining Table with seating. CEILINGS ARE LOW, so this is not the ideal place for tall folks!

    Bathroom: Clean and well-maintained with basic toiletries provided.

    Kitchenette: Equipped with a convection microwave, full size fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and essentials for light meal preparation.

    Please note that there is not a washer or dryer in this property.

We stayed here for the two step inn festival! It was perfect for just us two and had the best location for downtown and festival location. Absolutely loved the little cottage!

Great Location

Stayed here for Twostep festival. Great location for that. The house could use some more curtains, specially on the windows facing the other house. The big house was rented out as well and they said they didn't know the "little shed" was an VRBO. If the people in the big house are staying up later, it sounds like you are in an apartment and you are below them, it was really odd how the noise traveled when they aren't connected. The shower is super cute, really messy with water on the floor, a bathmat would be a great addition. We would stay here again though for sure.

Thank you for having me. I thought the art work was interesting and the place was decorated very nicely. I had to assume that one of the owners is an artist. A couple of suggestions if you are interested...the pull out couch is uncomfortable. Most people would prefer a bed instead of the couch. The kitchen is small and nothing you can do about that but moving the air fryer to a shelf down lower would make it safer to use and more convenient. The head high kitchen shelf by the door I thumped my head on more than once. The walk to the square is easy making the location a+.

Need to hang a curtain on the shower literally had to have 2 towels to pick up the access water. WiFi was hit and miss my entire stay.
