Pros: Host was communicative and very helpful. Location was great, very quiet and safe, check-in a breeze. Everything worked well. Both bathrooms have been very nicely renovated. For 2 people there were plenty of nice new clothes hangers, and there were warm throws and comforters and plenty of full-length mirrors. Cons: It was not comfortable. The only place to sit, aside from the dining chairs, was a low, very soft couch which we sank into. Essentially the only lighting was bright ceiling LED's. There was no lighting for reading. The TV screen was too far across the room from the couch, The king bed had one bedside table with a lamp but nothing on the other side. The room with 2 beds had only one table and lamp. There were drapes on the windows which did a good job of blocking light, but there were no shades or blinds, so with the drapes open others could see straight in. In the kitchen the microwave was several inches too low so you had to bend over to see the dials on the stove. There was a high open hole in the hall wall with electrical wires. There was no Kleenex, and no kitchen towels.It had not been well-cleaned. The drawers in the kitchen had not been wiped out in quite some time, and the mitts were dirty. There was hair from a previous occupant behind the bathroom door. There was a big painting it the living room of boys urinating against a wall, a similar photo in one bathroom and another of John Travolta sitting on the john in the other.
