Welcome to The Franklin House in Central Austin TX! This 3/2 townhome is newly furnished and staged with brand new, high-end furniture. After a day of sightseeing in the city, a music festival, or a game at FC Austin, your group, your group can relax comfortably with 1 king bed and a full size futon in the master, two full size beds in each additional bedroom, and 2 twin futons in the living area, there is ample sleeping space for 10 guests.

Reasonable price at a great location.

Location was great to reach out the major attractions in Austin. Dishes and utensils were not enough for the family of 10 and wasnt in good shape. Overall, recommended for a normal stay during Austin visit.

This house is in a fantastic location. We walked a lot. The bedrooms are really nice. Plenty of dishes, utensils, and cups of all kinds.
