Located in a peaceful Round Rock close to parks, restaurants, and shopping, it’s the ideal place to unwind, make memories, and recharge after a day of exploring. HOUSE RULES 1. Events and Gatherings
Parties, small events, gatherings may be permitted with the host’s prior approval.
Please discuss your plans in advance . Unauthorized events or excessive noise may lead to penalties or early termination of the stay.2.Pets are welcome with advance approval only
A $100 non-refundable pet fee per stay applies,3NO Smoking the house. Violation fee for smoking : $250 for smoking, $750 for marijuana or tobacco use indoors.. Safety and Security
