Our home is a warm, cozy, inviting family home with a wonderful large backyard for kids and dogs. The backyard has a private pool, hammock, trampoline, lots of yard/grass space, screened in porch, kids water table, sandbox and outdoor deck with table for 7 people and big green egg.
4 Bedrooms:
Master (upstairs) - king bed with west views of hill country
Nursery (upstairs) - full size crib
Bedroom (upstairs) - toddler bed - we also have a queen blow up mattress available
Open Loft room (upstairs) - pull-out sofabed (queen size)
Guest bedroom (downstairs) - twin daybed that opens out to a King
Downstairs:
Office with Desk, chair and 2 monitors
Playroom
Washer / Dryer
Kitchen, Breakfast Area & Living Room
Located on the cusp of hill country, our home has views and is only 10 mins to Galleria & Belterra, 20 mins to Dripping Springs or to downtown/Zilker Park. Safe neighborhood.
