Important Things to Note
• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 5 vehicles. Street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Entry: Self check-in with a smart lock.
• Stairs: This is a multi-level home; stairs are required.
• Security cameras: Six exterior cameras monitor the front entrance, front porch/driveway/street/front yard, driveway/garage door, side yard and garden, back patio and backyard entrance, and the backyard/patio/stairs to the garage studio. Cameras record exterior/common areas only.
• Kitchen: Cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided.
• Laundry: Private washer and dryer available.
• Piano: Not available for guest use.
• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of a pet is found, additional cleaning fees may apply.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
