The property is located near active train tracks situated directly behind the home. Trains operate at various times, day and night, and may be audible from the property.



Disclaimer:

Mature trees surround the pool, so leaves and debris may fall in between twice-weekly cleanings. Guests acknowledge this is natural. A skimmer, pool net, and robot vacuum are provided for light upkeep. The spa is a sitting spa only. It does not have jacuzzi-style jets, and the heating system protection mode under 36 degrees.



For the safety of the pool equipment, pool heating is not available when outdoor temperatures fall below 40°F. During these conditions, the system enters freeze-protection mode, and the heater cannot be operated. This is a firm restriction and not an optional service.

Additional Information

Housekeeping Deposit

A $250 refundable cleaning deposit is required for a stay of 30 days or more. The full amount will be returned after checkout, provided the home is left in good condition, with no excessive mess, damage, or neglect. We kindly ask that guests treat the property with care and respect — your consideration is greatly appreciated.

For security and verification purposes, we require a valid government issued ID from the primary guest after the reservation is confirmed. The name on the ID must match the name on the booking. This helps us ensure the safety of our property and all guests.

The property is located 8.7 miles (15 minutes by car) from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). You’ll find free street parking and a driveway with space for up to 4 vehicles.
