Beautiful townhouse nestled among towering live oaks. 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, 2 baths, and a double-bed size sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps six comfortably. Small deck off living room with table & chairs. Awesome roof-top deck with views of the Capitol. Eat-in kitchen with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all dishes, glassware and utensils. May be combined, pending availability, with Eleven Oaks Suite to provide accomodations for eight people. Both Your hosts, Janelle and Ted, are on call to meet any need. Eleven Oaks Townhouse is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, indoors and out. Eleven Oaks Townhouse is not an STR party house. Occupancy is limited to six. Gatherings of people in addition to the renters is prohibited without the express permision of the hosts.

This was a wonderful location with all of the amenities you need. Rooms were large and clean. They had all the essentials in stock and we received a very thoughtful welcome gift. Ted & Janelle were great hosts!

Great place close to campus!

We stayed here while going to Austin for a UT Campus tour. This was the perfect place. It was very private with plenty of room for the 3 of us. Lots of restaurants and other attractions in walking distance.

Ted was extraordinarily responsive to every communication & was very accommodating. He provides clear instructions about using everything in the house. He also provides a binder full of excellent information about nearby restaurants, grocery stores, shops, transportation, etc. Lots of local eateries within walking distance. The townhouse looked as pictured. It was clean, rooms were spacious and the 4 adults in our group were easily accommodated. It was great to have private off street parking. Highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

Loved being close to everything while still being tucked into a peaceful neighborhood! We were in town for a wedding and were less than 2 blocks from Allan House. My elderly parents had no problem walking there and back. We have now gone on a few roadtrips the last couple of years and this was our favorite stay so far. Checking in was a breeze, coffee and the 6 pack in the fridge were a lovely welcoming touch, and communication was easy. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Had a great time here, house was perfect, parking spot was a big plus. Owner had a welcome 6 pk of beer for us and was very responsive. Walkable to most of the entertainment, about a mile or so. Would stay again, thanks.

The property was absolutely perfect for us. It’s on a quiet neighborhood near all the fun stuff to do. Very clean. Lovely patio. Owners provide all the little things that are helpful, like spices, oil, coffee. Home was very clean and we were grateful they let us check in early!

The townhouse was in a great location for accessing downtown, the university area, and south Austin (via rideshares or longer walks). The place was quiet (located in the alley behind the main house), and very clean. Cool spot!

Loved this property. We came for UT graduation and it was a perfect location for the stadium/Moody and downtown area restaurants. The property is as described, check in was easy and the hosts were available when we had a question. Highly recommend for your next stay in Austin.

Perfect Wedding Day prep

The bride and her bridesmaids used this property for getting ready for the Wedding at the near by Caswell House. It was the perfect size for relaxing, and have our hair and make up done. The location is great and private but safe. The owners were delightful to work with. Their communication was prompt and answered all of our questions.

Centrally located townhouse

Great location and easily walkable to the Capitol as well as many coffee and restaurant spots. It was nice to have a designated parking spot and the check in process was very easy. We were never more than a few minutes walk or drive to other places we wanted to visit.

UT - Mom- Daughter Weekend

We loved our visit to Austin! This was, by far, the best place I have stayed in Austin. It is in a GREAT location, spacious and clean. The first floor has cool fabulous big red smooth tile. The hosts were thoughtful and excellent at communicating. It was smooth sailing from the moment we received our confirmation note from Ted and Janelle. It was perfect!
