This picturesque split-level home has enough space for your entire group; everyone will be able to spread out comfortably. Inside, you can find a cozy and inviting living area, which is the perfect place to gather with your friends for a fun-filled movie night. The fireplace adds comfort to the equation. A pull-out sofa bed is also available in the living area. There is another small lounge area equipped with comfortable and colorful furnishing, a piano, a guitar, and even two bookcases. Near the main living area, you can also find a classic Galaga arcade cabinet! The kitchen is spacious and features everything you need and more to whip up memorable full-course meals for the entire group. Two sets of French doors open it up to a large patio overlooking the backyard featuring a private pool and hot tub. This away-from-it-all getaway is located on a sprawling five-and-a-half acres, with plenty of lush space where your lovely dog can freely run around and exercise.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note that because the pool is serviced Tuesdays at 3 pm, it is unusable from 3 pm until 11 pm on Tuesdays. This schedule cannot be changed.
This property is not close to public transportation, and ride shares generally take about 20-30 minutes to arrive after requested.
The owner is a music producer and has a recording studio on the property next door to the house. He may be present at times when working on an album with artists. However, the studio is very well soundproofed and his presence will always be non-intrusive and respectful of guests. The studio has separate parking and a separate gate entrance that stays open for studio users. If you would like to close this gate, for your pets to roam, you are welcome to. The rest of the property is exclusively for your use.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing!
Hosted a bachlorette weekend here and it was incredible! So much room to spread out and enjoy each other. We had dinner in on night and the kitchen accommodations were perfect. We did yoga on the balcony with the quiet a breeze through all the trees and fields on the property. Very retreat feel! Highly recommend

Filthy; a bug was crawling in my sheets, only plastic glasses that are foggy and melted/mis-shaped from the dishwasher. Towels are cheap and thin. only 1/4 size top oven works and a label asks not to use the bottom oven the management company knows this and does not intend to fix it. Pool isnt heated and filthy. Pictures look good, but it’s all old (70's) and cheap inside. You can never get in touch with the owner; it is a third party out of state. They are useless.

Great house, amazing pool!
We rented the house with family to celebrate my son turning one and really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need and the pool was well maintained and really large. The bbq could use a really good clean, but overall everything was great. I would definitely rent the property again!

Spacious house not maintained
Nice spacious house with a Jacuzzi and a pool which was not very well-maintained in several areas. We rented it for a graduation in which we were to cook for up to 12 people and the oven would not come to temperature. Additionally, the freezer was frozen shut and we could not use it. When attempting to open the freezer the handle actually came off. Once we realized the oven would not cook properly, we tried to grill but both propane tanks were empty. The comment back from the management company was that they were not required to supply propane even though it said so in the description. Also, the cabinet door that held the coffee cups came off one of the hinges, and created some more consternation. The bottom line is this was to be a happy event, and it turned out to be very frustrating and somewhat embarrassing situation, especially for the amount of money that we spent. To make the situation worse on the day of checkout, there was a scorpion in my aunts shoe which actually stung her on the day of her flight out. Luckily, there was no reaction and we made our way out. There were two scorpions in the house that morning and we do have a picture should someone like to see it. We had been speaking to the management company about all of these things the entire time and there was no sympathy on their part to do much of anything. Unfortunately I would not recommend staying here or using this management company for any properties. Very disappointed.

Would not recommend
We booked this property back in October 2022. When we arrived, the house is in a gated neighborhood and we did have to unlock a gate to access the house; however, there were two gates on the property, one which was wide open for anybody to access at anytime. When we pulled into the driveway up to house, we immediately noticed 4 vehicles on the property; keep in mind check in started at 4 PM and we did not arrive until 7 PM so there was no reason for anybody to be at the property. Come to find out there is a studio on the other side of the pool with young men in there and a dog smoking weed and playing band music. We entered the house with the code provided by property management and right inside the door was a dead cockroach that was obviously there for awhile as the blood that was smeared on the floor was dried up. Walking through the house, it was apparent the back door was unlocked for anybody to access, a used joint was found on the back patio along with other trash. The house was disgusting. Black chunks of hair everywhere, the sheets did not look like they had been washed, none of the dishes were clean, the countertops were sticky. We spent at max 30 minutes in the house half of which we were on the phone with Vacasa. We were told we would be refunded in full but have not seen a full refund at this point in time. VRBO itself basically told us to kick sand and deal with the condition of the property.

Group Trip to Austin
We had a small group of us stay here for our first trip to Austin. It was a beautiful large property and we all really enjoyed our stay. The pool was incredible. Only thing I wish we could’ve had was some suggestions of things to do in the area. There was no information provided at the property on what needed to be done when checking out like I have experienced at other properties and communication was slow, if we ever ended up getting a response. But all in all, we had a terrific time and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home
This is a beautiful home with a great location that feels secluded but is close enough to Austin that everything is easily accessible. The cons: bedroom with twins beds - beds seem small and the room is secluded. OK for kids or teens. The pool wasn't too clean when we first arrived. Faint smell of sewer near all plumbing areas. Pros: The house is beautiful and clean. The master bedroom and bathroom large and very nice. Upstairs and downstairs have their own AC controls. House is fully furnished with everything needed. It would have been nice if the listing would have told us more about what was included in the house like: blender, coffee maker, pool towels, extra bedding and linens, cocktails supplies (shaker/glasses), iron & ironing board, etc. It took us awhile to find all of the light switches, outdoor lights, pool floats, etc. Overall great house!
