 Well appointed and fully stocked kitchen,  large pantry,  seated table area  and a sitting bar.  

The large living room/den area provides plenty of open space with a desk set up in the den area that makes a sweet spot as a designated work spot enhanced by natural light.  

The  welcoming yard with patio area for sitting are perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. 

5 minutes to Manchaca Street venues, numerous coffee houses, hiking trails. 
Sprouts, HEB and Whole Foods all within 10 minutes. 

20 minutes to downtown.
