Unit A is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home sleeping up to 10 - with its own entrance, kitchen, living area, and backyard.



On the ground floor, the open kitchen and living area anchor the space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, stainless appliances, quartz counters, and an island that seats 4. The living room is the kind of space that makes an impression = dark charcoal walls, original art, sculptural neon lighting, and rich hardwood floors. Slide open the back door and you're in your own backyard with a gas grill, fire pit, and seating.



Also on the ground floor: a primary bedroom with 2 queen beds and a private ensuite bathroom, plus a half bath off the main living area.



Upstairs you'll find 2 more bedrooms - one king, one with 2 queens - a shared full bath, and an in-unit washer and dryer.



Every room has its own look and feel. Striped walls, bold art, painted ceilings, neon accents - the place leans into its personality without apology.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to Unit A and its backyard. Unit B, Unit B's backyard, driveway, and carport are not included and should not be accessed.



The Neighborhood:

This home sits in East Austin's MLK neighborhood - one of the city's most well-established and genuinely local pockets. You're about 4 miles from downtown, close to Mueller, and minutes from the airport.



The East Austin food and bar scene is right at your doorstep. Micklethwait Craft Meats for some of the best BBQ in the city, Jacoby's for ranch-to-table dinner on the Colorado River, Contigo for a great patio night, and Este for coastal Mexican that's worth the wait. East 6th and Manor Road are both close for bars, coffee, and whatever else the group is into.



Getting Around:

Easily get around on foot, by car, bike, rideshare, etc.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: the backyard is not fully fenced in - do not let your pet off-leash as they can escape.



This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
