"The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. As hotel guest we had free access to the spa (sadly we were too early in the year for the outdoor pool to be open yet). The area feels very safe as there are many embassies around. The Orangerie Park is in perfect walking distance and great for a leisurely stroll. The hotel offers a great list of recommended restaurants in the area and there is quite a lot of street parking available all around the property, as well as a few charging stations...

"Our room was amazing. They actually upgrated us (we did not even ask) and we got a very nice big room with a nice big window on the courtyard (see the big window on our picture). It was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. The service was great all around the hotel. Everyone we interacted with made you feel they were here to make your time better and they were very eager to help you with all you needed. The breakfast was amazing, only using very tasty local products. There was a lot of choices. The decor of the hotel was really nice. The hotel location was very good as well, close to the cathedral and we felt safe in the area. We had no issues. We had a great stay and will definitely come back on a next trip in Strasbourg."
"This hotel has excellent sound proofing from exterior street noises. We could barely hear anything. Room could be slightly larger but good for 2 guests with reasonable amount of luggages. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The service was also heartwarming. The location is also good and convenient, both to points of interests and the train station. We certainly enjoyed staying at this hotel."
"Lovely, high end hotel right in the very heart of the old city. You will love the location, which makes for a very memorable trip. The room was remarkably quiet, cool, excellent sleeping. Slight sound of rushing water from the river was very pleasant. The spa was lovely, especially the hot tub overlooking the river. Less than 15 minute easy walk to the train station. "
