Garage. Firewood included. Recent house offering a beautiful location and exposure. Large bright living room opening onto a large terrace with garden furniture facing south-west. Immediate quality environment near hiking trails in summer and ski slopes in winter. Panoramic view of the peaks of the Vanoise. Contemporary house located 200 meters from the center of the village of Aussois, on the road to the famous Fort de l'Esseilon. Privileged location 1 km from the downhill ski slopes and 6 km from the Nordic area. Many other resorts nearby: Valfréjus 17 km, La Norma 12 km. Gateway to the Vanoise National Park 9 km.
