The Bel Vedere (AUO205) is a 3-room house with an area of 100 square meters spread over two levels. It features a very rustic furnishing style. On the upper floor, you will find one room with a French bed (180 cm) and an exit to the garden, as well as a children's room with a French bed (160 cm). There is also a shower and a separate toilet on this level. The second upper floor houses a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed (160 cm), a dining table, and a TV, along with an exit to the balcony. Additionally, there is a small, open kitchen equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate toilet is also available on this level.

Amenities Included
The property offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay during your vacation. It is equipped with gas heating, a washing machine, a children's high chair, and a baby cot. The outdoor spaces include a balcony, a large terrace with terrace furniture, balcony furniture, a portable barbecue, and 4 deck chairs.
